Fan Planning to Sue Miguel for Head Injury Remember when R&B singer Miguel did a WWE 'flying squirrel' take down of a young fan during his performance at the 2013 Billboard Music Awards?

Well, he may have to pay a pretty penny to the injured fan now that the lawyers are involved.

Khyati Shah was standing at the front of the stage when Miguel leaped into the air and crash landed on her head, slamming her face forcefully into the stage.

Though she appeared unfazed afterwards -- and even got the chance to meet Miguel -- her lawyer, Vip Bhola, tells E! News that his client was "in shock" and "star struck," and now she feels the pain from her worsening condition.

Chris Brown Mark Geragos

Troubled singer Chris Brown's attorney Mark Geragos responded angrily to allegations made by the Los Angeles County district attorney and prosecutors that Brown faked his community service paperwork.

The District Attorney's office is seeking to revoke singer Chris Brown's probation based on what they called "fraudulent" paperwork. According to documents filed by the DA's office, Brown filed reports claiming he was painting murals at a children's center and picking up trash in Virginia when he was actually on a plane to Cancun, Mexico.

"Apparently the district attorney's office has completely lost their minds," Geragos told the LA Times. "They are making scurrilous, libelous and defamatory statements and apparently have lost their ability to read their own reports."

Kwame Harris mugshot

Former San Francisco 49ers and Oakland Raiders offensive tackle Kwame Harris was arrested and charged with assaulting his ex-boyfriend at a San Mateo restaurant. According to the lawsuit obtained by The San Mateo Daily Journal, the two men argued over soy sauce and underwear during the August 21 incident.

Police say Harris and his former lover, Dimitri Geier, met at Su Hong restaurant in Menlo Park to exchange personal belongings. Harris agreed to drive Geier to San Francisco International Airport, but instead became upset when he poured soy sauce on a plate of rice, according to a copy of the lawsuit which was obtained by The San Mateo Daily Journal. An argument ensued "for approximately seven minutes" and Harris said he would not take Geier to the airport.

Beyonce's biological father Mathew Knowles is being taken to court again by his other baby mama -- the woman he cheated with while still married to Bey's mother Tina. I bet Mathew wishes he had ignored that dopamine rush.

According to blogger Rhymeswithsnitch.com, "Alexsandra Wright filed papers in family court seeking an increase in her $12,000 a month child support so she can afford to hire security after receiving a threatening email from Mathew."

Chad "Ochocinco" Johnson can breathe easier today. Gossip website TMZ.com reports that the sex tape leak that kept Johnson awake at night has been capped. Johnson's attorneys served cease and desist notices on the websites that hosted the video, which was stolen from Johnson's hacked cell phone.

George Zimmerman enters court on Dec 11

George Zimmerman and his attorneys are being sued by the firm that provided security for him this past Summer.

In court documents, the security firm claims Zimmerman owes them $27,000 for services provided, which might explain why Zimmerman was selling his autograph earlier this month.

Zimmerman faces a 2nd degree murder charge in the shooting death of 17-year-old Trayvon Martin earlier this year.

Trooper body cavity search

A female trooper who conducted invasive body cavity searches on two women during a traffic stop has been suspended, CBS News reports.

Body cavity searches are normally conducted inside jail holding cells or in prisons -- not on a roadside in full view of passing motorists.
