New Music: Nikki Jane – I Love You
Newcomer Nikki Jane has a new single, “I Love You”, which debuted yesterday on iTunes and is featured on the official soundtrack for Noah’s Arc “Jumping the Broom” along with artist Michelle Williams and Solange Knowles.
You may remember Nikki Jane from my Bubblin’ Under section.
Nikki Jane has a powerful voice that breathes new life into a stale music industry.
How ironic is it that Nikki Jane’s big sister and manager is Beyonce’s longtime creative director, Kim Burse?
Clearly, Nikki Jane is the antithesis of Beyonce in terms of individual style, originality and talent.
Tragically, most of the footage for Nikki’s video was lost. But luckily, someone was on the set shooting b roll or no one would see the first video for this wonderful new artist!
I can’t wait for Nikki’s new CD to add to my Emergency survival kit.
Check out Nikki Jane’s Myspace page for more music.
