Stacey Dash: My Ex-Husband Beat Me
Stacey Dash has a story to tell. She is a victim of domestic abuse and she wants the world to know. But here’s the problem: all of Stacey Dash’s men have abused her, according to the actress.
That would indicate that the thrice married Dash, 44, subconsciously seeks out men who will ultimately abuse her, and that’s a problem that won’t fix itself just by leaving them.
What causes a beautiful woman like Dash to continuously walk into men’s fists when the signs that he is a potential abuser are apparent before the abuse begins?
Instead of telling her story to the blogs, she should talk to a therapist who can help her work through the childhood issues that keep her trapped in the willing victim role.
Although the three time divorcee is speaking out publicly about the abuse she suffered at the hands of her last husband Emanuelle Xuereb, privately she’s telling friends that all of her husbands abused her physically. How sad.
According to a restraining order filed in January 29 and obtained by TMZ, Emmanuel would regularly beat Stacey on her face, head and body during their marriage and once violently pinned her down to their bed and claimed he was going to give her “the worst night of her life.” Stacey says that while they were married she was too afraid to report the domestic abuse to the police.
Now Stacey has a restraining order on Emmanuel which requires him to stay 100 yards away from Stacey and her two children from a previous marriage.

Celeb Style: Solange
Yesterday, I posted this cute pic of Beyonce’s sister Solange out & about with her son Daniel, aka Jules. Solo’s style game is always on point, and yesterday was no exception. The fashion Diva over at Upscale Hype gives us the lowdown on what she wore:
Solange Knowles was spotted with her son carrying a yellow Chanel Classic Flap Bag in leather ($2,695). She was also wearing a pair of CharlieMyLove Amen Studded Sandals ($288), which are leather cutout booties that feature spiked gold studs, a lace-up closure and a leather sole. These sandals are definitely hot and will have anyone that has them walking in style.
Upscale Hype is one of my favorite best kept secrets. I frequently pop over there when I want to know what the stars are wearing. But UH left out one small detail that only a true fashionista would know: Solo’s Chanel bag is from Chanel’s classic “Chevron” quilted line.
Notice the direction of the quilt stitching? I didn’t either until fashion blogger/Socialite/Diva Sarah Chapman pointed it out to me. Most people don’t know that Sarah has a good nose for fashion — or that she blogs about fashion.
Sarah doesn’t just live the life — she writes about it too.
Here’s a woman who could spend her days shopping and traveling the world. Instead, she blogs about fashion for the love of it. That’s how you know she’s real. How many bloggers do you know (besides me) who aren’t in it for the money?
Sarah didn’t just come into money when she gave birth to Sean “Puff” Combs’ first daughter, Chance; she’s been rocking Chanel since high school. The fact that Sarah’s baby daddy owns a clothing line, and she can spot a Christian LaCroix dress from a mile away — gives her a sort of unfair advantage over other fashion blogs.
I first heard about Sarah’s fashion blog last year through her BFF Hannah Kang, general manager of Grand Hustle. At the time, Sarah’s blog had about 25 posts — and I read each one, which is something I don’t normally do with new blogs.
Sarah, who goes by NickNamePumpkin on Twitter.com, has finally decided to launch her fashion blog for the public. Look for an announcement right here on Sandrarose.com in about two weeks!
Garcelle Beauvais Calls Out Cheating Husband Mike Nilon
When will these women learn that, just like you can’t turn a whore into a housewife, you can’t turn an industry man into a husband?
Ladies, save yourself the future embarrassment and humiliation by just dating these industry guys. They are simply not husband material.
Why bother searching through his wallet or cell phone for that number from the thirsty sluts in the industry when you already know it’s there?
Anyway, actress Garcelle Beuvais becomes the latest scorned wife to go public after finally believing the whispers that her agent husband, Mike Nilon was cheating on her. She put her thoughts down in an email blast and sent it everyone on her list — including the NY Post’s Page Six:
In an e-mail making the rounds at the agency with the subject line “Tiger Woods/Jesse James/Mike Nilon,” the former “NYPD Blue” star wrote to Nilon’s colleagues, “What do they have in common . . . I found out today that MY husband of almost 9 yrs has been having an affair for 5 yrs with some slut in Chicago. I am devastated!!!! And I have been duped!! Our boys don’t deserve this!”

Brandy On Ray J Dating Kim Again: “Absolutely Not”
Are you ready for another reality show? Siblings Brandy and Ray J appeared on “Lopez Tonight” last night to promote their new show, Brandy and Ray J: A Family Business, which premieres on Sunday (April 11).
Lopez noted that Ray J’s former cum bucket, Kim Kardashian was single again (as of yesterday, at least). He asked Brandy if her brother should consider hollering at Kim again. To which Brandy replied emphatically, “Absolutely not!”
Too bad Lopez didn’t ask Ray J about his former (or current) flame, Whitney Houston. The three did discuss what attracted Whitney to Ray J in the first place (that infamous pipe laying sex video with Kim).
Maybe I missed it, but Lopez didn’t mention Brandy’s once stellar singing career or the fact that she was at one time one of our top female R&B singers. Should we take that to mean Brandy’s musical career is officially dead?
A sampling of message board postings and Twitter shows that Brandy’s fans are eager to accept her newest endeavor. But for me — as a fan of Brandy’s music — I’m disappointed that she has chosen this route rather than focusing on making great music.
Newt Gingrich: Obama is ‘most radical president ever’
Newt Gingrich is the unofficial top contender for the 2012 Republican presidential candidate. He hasn’t announced his decision to run yet, but he’s making all the right moves toward that announcement.
Last night at a GOP conference, the former Speaker of the House (the position Nancy Pelosi now holds) slammed U.S. president Barack Obama’s policies, calling him the “most radical president in American history” who oversees a “secular, socialist machine.”
“The most radical president in American history has now thrown down the gauntlet to the American people: ‘I run a machine. I own Washington and there’s nothing you can do about it,’” Gingrich said. He urged his fellow Republicans to stop what he called Obama’s “secular, socialist machine.”
He said Obama’s policies — particularly health care and economic stimulus legislation — have put the United States on the road to socialism. The former speaker did not specifically explain why he thought Obama is a secularist, though he did say the GOP wasn’t afraid of recognizing faith’s role in American society.
“The point is there are many things we can say yes to,” Gingrich said.
Will he say yes to a presidential campaign?

Ease Up Lance Gross; You Struck Out Boo
It seems that bit part actor Lance Gross is feeling some kind of way about my post earlier today that detailed his failed pursuit of actress LisaRaye. He tweeted this response on his Twitter account.
I’m sure if the story was BS, LisaRaye would have addressed it by now.
I corrected my earlier post to reflect that it was Eva’s cell phone that Lance was blowing up, NOT LisaRaye’s cell phone. I misunderstood what my source was saying. What happened was Lance and Eva fell out back in February and Lance was blowing her phone up trying to get her back. They eventually did get back together only to break up again.
But everything else in my post was accurate as far as I know. According to my insider, LisaRaye was aware of Lance, but she didn’t know him personally prior to him trying to holla at her during her reality show premiere party. His empty denials only draw attention to his lack of game. *cough*
I’m not following Lance on Twitter. So could someone who follows him respond and let Lance know that it is unbecoming of a young man to blame women for his failures?
