Lindsay Lohan Covers Complex Magazine; Her 3rd Attorney Quits

Actress Lindsay Lohan has never looked this hawt! The troubled star covers the August/September issue of Complex magazine. Her long, blond hair was dyed brunette for this photo shoot from May 2010 by Markus Klinko and Indrani (the chick she was supposedly dating).

According to X17online.com, Complex editors published the pictures even though Lindsay never got back to them for an interview.

Lindsay is expected to turn herself in today to begin serving a 6-month sentence for violating her probation. But if she appears in court, she will be without legal representation.

According to TMZ.com, Lindsay’s 3rd attorney (in two weeks), Robert Shapiro, abruptly quit after meeting privately with judge Marsha Revel in her chambers yesterday afternoon.

Shapiro had agreed to represent Lindsay after her previous two attorneys bailed on her.

Last week Shapiro was able to coax Lohan to admit herself into a rehab recovery facility owned by Shapiro. One of his requirements to represent her (for free) was that she agree to abide by Judge Ravel’s order to do jail time.

But according to LiLo’s friends, she desperately does not want to go to jail and she unrealistically thinks an attorney can get her sentence reduced to rehab only. But that’s not likely to happen.

Lohan’s longtime attorney Shawn Holley Chapman quit after Lohan was sentenced to jail time two weeks ago.

Good Morning!!

Some fo these pics look good. I think the sentence is just, celebs are not above the law. She probably needs this does of reality to get herself together. I am glad she is going, since it will probably get her on the straight and narrow. Has her dad spoken out? I always get a kick out of his antics.

@Eb … I think she doesn’t have any new projects generating income, but if she invested from previous work wisely, she is probably good financially.

Cry me a freaking river. She got how many DUI’s in how many days. Was found w/coke but said she was wearing her friends jeans. Drove over somenones foot. Chased a vehicle while under the influence. Ran/drove straight to rehab twice. Her famous line to me is “The black kid did it”.

I love that first pic of her..and she’s much prettier as a bruentte.

She was so cute in the parent trap & to see her life/career spin out of control is so sad. I know she’s a grown woman & has to take responsibility for her actions but those parents of hers need to share some of the blame too. If they spent more time on rearing their child than fighting over money & fame some of this could have been avoided.

How is prison a waste? She was in AA and went to rehab twice. She has said that she was not going to jail because she is a celebrity. She had f you printed on her finger nail while in court. She called the judge a bytch. Send her to jail so she can eat nasty food and have to be alone w/her thoughts, it’s only 22 days of a 90 day sentence. She was at the Canes Film Fest when she was to be in court and said that she couldn’t be in court because someone stole her passport, but was photographed on someones luxuary boat. Sorry, I don’t feel bad for her. Send her now or send her (what)after she kills someone.

All of her actions have been “cries for help,” not a call to imprison. Sometimes people go to rehab repeatedly before it is successful. I think the fact that her career has stalled is the “wake up call” that is necessary for her to take her rehab seriously.

Once it had be peeing openly in a parking lot and the second time (the charm) had me pleading to my saviour, my heart was racing and I thought I needed medical assitance. FORCING her into jail only conveinantly gives her someone else to blame for her problems. The entire “trial” is ridiculous.

Lindsay is being placed in a Court Ordered On-Site Rehabilitation Program and she is not allowed to leave the premises until she completes the program.

@Man…don’t think of it as jail then…just put a spin on it:
Lindsay is being placed in a Court Ordered On-Site Rehabilitation Program and she is not allowed to leave the premises until she completes the program.

Does that sound better?

@flo my sons b-day is in october and the reason he got the idea of the skating ring we went to a b-day at the skating ring and im just like u i could not stop at all until i ran into some kids or the wall i was in the middle of the floor azz up but i had fun and he is going back i paid for it u going dam it!!

@Ms Thickness, I pay $85 a week and lil man goes everyday, all day long (summer camp) but im sure it’ll be A LOT cheaper when school starts back up…. If he still wants to do it

Before and After Care alone when school is in is $110 bi-weekly. I should’ve had a “madre” that can pick the lil one up I want to put my daughter in dance as well (i.e. hip hop, ballet, tap, modern)

Ok Anna, I get your point. When you said #teamfreeshyt I thought you were knocking spending what may appear to be “excessive” amounts of money on kids as a negative. If I read it wrong, my bad. I come across so many people that have something negative to say when you spending large sums on kids. Thought you were one of them. Moving along and good for you.

? I only responded that I am living proof that investmenst pay off. Meaning that investing in your kids only brings rewards later.
