SHOCKER: MTV Throws Shade at Beyonce!
Yesterday MTV published an article on Beyonce that read like a diss pretending to be a logical explanation for why she pushed her reported due date up by 2 months (so she can give birth in peace).
The article, titled “Does Beyonce Have A Smoke And Mirrors Plan To Have Her Baby In Peace?“, was a long overdue, disguised attack on Beyonce’s credibility and narcissism.
We told you last month that the national media weren’t all that thrilled that Bey tricked them by showing up pregnant one day, when she had been in the public eye all along. We told you that there would be some form of retaliation from the tabloids in response to Beyonce’s blatant manipulation tactics.
But this all-out attack on Beyonce’s credibility by a national music network seems bizarre when you consider their usual ersatz approach to Beyonce coverage in the past.
The article starts off innocently enough — “Beyonce is one smart cookie”. But then the writer launches into an SR-worthy critical analysis of Beyonce’s baby bump — complete with images showing the bump’s ridiculous progression from zero to 5 months.
*(We highlighted the particularly biting comments for emphasis!)
Yes, pregnancy hits everyone a little differently, every lady gains different amounts of weight and begins to show at different times, but does Beyonce look five months pregnant in the first image [above] (from August 18)?
Which brings us to the second and third pictures in the above image. Again, a lot can happen in three weeks in the life of a pregnant woman, and we hold degrees in English and communications and not obstetrics so we are not experts in pregnancy, but the middle image is from Beyonce’s performance at the MTV Video Music awards on August 28 and the third image is from the “Countdown” set video on Sept. 23. It’s a dramatic difference.
It’s also worth pointing out that the first image and the third image in the above photo were taken one month and five days apart.
It warmed the cockles of our hearts to see a national media outlet going IN on Beyonce. We only hope that more journalists will continue to expose her for the fraud that she is.

I dont see the going in part but ok. They are right, women do grow and gain weight differently. When I was pregnant with my daughter and not telling anyone (only her father and I knew besides our two best friends who are the God parents) I didnt show AT ALL. Even at 5 months. Of course I weighed a good 132 but it seemed as soon as I started telling folks and our families that we were with child I BLEW UP! It was like my daughter knew we were keeping everything hidden until I felt safe enough that there wouldnt be any complications
Sorry for the novel. Long story short You cant design a womans belly to show when you think she should SHOW. You have to let nature takes its course. Leave Bey alone and let her be happy…….

With my daughter I really didnt start showing until around my 4th or 5th month…and it seems to ME with this pregnancy I already cant fit my clothes and I’m only about 2 and half months (could be cause my ass stay hungry this time around!

I was still in all my regular clothes until about 6 months with my first daughter. I did start unbuttoning my pants but I really had something against maternity pants but I soon realized that I needed space for my poor uterus to breathe lol and I didnt want to look tacky wiht unbuttoned pants. My daughter is born Aug 2nd, so I did some Maxy dresses for the summer. My husband is ready for a son now and I be looking at him like you stupid. Did you know that Aids has decreased by 21%. In my past career, I worked with new mothers that found out there were pregnant with HIV. It was depressing most days! So I was excited to see those numbers the other day. It looks like folks are abstaining from sexual relations with random people, using condoms and having access to clean needles..

My mom ran into an old friend of hers from High School that she had not seen since highschool and before she had me. My mom had me @ 17. Well, anyways, they are talking and catching up, and I’ll say I was about 15 at the time, and she just stopped talking and turned to me and said “girl, you are highly annointed and favored and you’ll always be taken care of, no matter what comes your way!” I couldn’t comprehend it at the time, but it’s manifesting itself. That’s why I don’t have to be mean to someone who has wronged me. I pray for them instead. They end up coming to me later and apologizing…..

@Hershey, I agree with you, I made my friends his friends and his were mines. We all got along and did things together and when he wanted to talk he could call them without me having to be on the phone and vice versa. It just works better that way because sometimes couples will need other people besides each other to talk to and I would rather it be someone I know rather than a hussy I don’t know exists.
