Bow Wow put on blast for neglecting his daughter
Bow Wow’s baby mother’s sister put him on blast on Twitter.com for allegedly neglecting his adorable baby daughter, Shai. Among other things, Najah Chavis, Joie Chavis’ sister, accuses Bow Wow and his mother, Teresa Caldwell, of not visiting Shai regularly and not contributing financially to her maintenance and upkeep. There is also an unconfirmed rumor that Shai has Down’s syndrome.
