Celebrity blogger Yazmar reports that Odd Future singer Frank Ocean was pulled over and arrested for “driving suspiciously.” Reportedly, Ocean and his male friend were “doing a little Teddy Pendergrass sex” act in the front seat in the moving vehicle, which is a criminal offense in many states. Frank tweeted a photo from the back seat of the patrol car.
We know that Frank’s male companion was not his ex-boyfriend, model Willy Cartier, because Willy spent the holidays tweeting from his native Paris, France.

The 25-year-old singer/songwriter came out in a blog post on his Tumblr page prior to releasing his debut studio album Channel Orange in July. Ocean was the first mainstream Hip Hop artist to publicly announce his sexuality in the usually homophobic genre.
