SR Exclusive: Deion Sanders clears the air, says he just wants Pilar Sanders to relinquish his name
Earlier it was reported that NFL legend Deion Sanders was granted full custody of his 3 children with personal trainer Pilar Sanders. Deion Sanders and his attorney, Rick Robertson, called Sandrarose.com exclusively to clear the air on the exact terms of the custody order.
Deion and his estranged wife have been embroiled in a bitter custody battle for their 3 children, Shelomi, 9, Shedeur, 11, and Shilo, 13.
Deion, who called Pilar’s agenda “a paper chase,” said Pilar was only concerned with their community property (his mansion) and getting their marriage annulled.
“Who gets their marriage annulled after 14 years,” he said.
“The pre-nup is what it is,” said Deion. “Unfortunately, our pre-nup is a million dollars, and she ran up $1.4 million in attorney’s fees. You can do the math.”
“[She] wanted a jury trial because the judge had already ruled on all of this,” he said. “The jury consisted of 9 women.”
“It’s been a year and a half and I’m tired of it!” he said, referring to the child custody battle. “Leave us alone. Go away! Move on with your life!”
“I’ve always had custody of the children,” he added. “My kids are happy. This is the life they know. My kids know being with me all the time. This is why I was awarded [custody],” he said.
“This ain’t no game, babe, I’m totally serious about my children,” he said before putting his attorney on the phone.
Mr. Robertson explained that a jury of 9 women “Answered a couple of questions” regarding the custody of the children. “We did not ask for the jury trial, they did,” he said, meaning Pilar’s attorney. “The terms are very misunderstood.”
“Texas is one of only 2 states that even allow juries to answer questions on any aspects of family law cases,” said Robertson.
“Deion was given sole (primary) managing conservatorship of the boys, and that means he makes all decisions. And he was given exclusive right to determine Shelomi’s residence. The judge issued a ruling on Monday of this week that said that all 3 kids live with Deion because Deion has primary custody of all 3 of them,” said Robertson.
He added: “And the judge also set out what Pilar’s visitation rights are.”
Sanders said Pilar is the one who wanted the media involved in the case. He was clear that he didn’t want the media involved because the children are old enough to read the blogs.
“Every comment or quote you see [in the media] is going to be from their side; slandering us; trying to publicly humiliate us because that was their strategy, that we be humiliated and settle out of court,” said Sanders.
Deion said he didn’t want to say anything negative about Pilar. His attorney added: “We don’t want to start [saying anything negative] now.”
“Deion has felt very, very strongly that he wants to protect his children from unnecessary media attention,” said Robertson. He doesn’t want them or their friends reading on the Internet that he said anything negative about their mom because it’s not healthy for them psychologically.”
“A lot of the things she alleged I did is really what she did,” said Deion, referring to Pilar’s allegations of abuse.
Deion also denied Pilar’s accusations that his current girlfriend, Tracey Edmonds, disrupted their marriage.
“I met Tracey well after I even filed for divorce,” he said. “I hate for her to try and throw Tracey… Tracey is a wonderful woman and a very good person. She has a brand and her name is good. Tracey was never a mistress,” he said adamantly.
“A lot of people don’t realize I’m the one who filed for divorce,” said Deion. “She knows why. She’s got to live with it… Everybody in the city knows why… A man just doesn’t wake up, all of a sudden, and say ‘I want a divorce’.”
“I took care of business 14 years ago before we walked down the aisle,” he said referring to the iron-clad pre-nup.
“The truth of the matter is, when you have to take care of business before you walk down the aisle, you know something will go down eventually. That’s the truth of the matter. And then when a person asks for $100,000 before you get married, you gotta know what time it is. But you stupid enough, young and dumb and do it anyway.
“But I have 3 wonderful children,” he said. “The only thing left is the actual divorce itself,” he continued. “If I’m such a horrific and horrible guy, please relinquish my name,” he said. “Release my name.”

No one really knows the circumstances behind the divorce, there’s his side, her side and THE TRUTH, HOWEVER I do feel like they BOTH need to stop slandering each other in the media. Pioneering west coast rapper Too Short was arrested for DUI in Hollywood early Wednesday after allegedly trying to flee on foot during his sobriety test, cops told the Daily News.
The pre-dawn bust went from bad to worse for the “Blow the Whistle” rapper when he tried to ditch narcotics in the back of a cop cruiser and was rearrested for felony drug possession, police said.
“He was stopped for DUI investigation, ran from officers and actually tripped and fell,” Lt. Marc Reina of the Los Angeles Police Department told the Daily News.
“He got maybe half a block and was taken into custody there,” Reina said. “He discarded narcotics in the police car.”
The rapper, born Todd Anthony Shaw, rose to fame in the late ’80s with the double platinum album “Life is…Too Short.”
He became known for his use of funk riffs and sexually explicit lyrics and later collaborated with Tupac Shakur, The Notorious B.I.G. and Snoop Dogg.
Shaw, 46, was first arrested at 3:10 a.m. Wednesday and then re-booked for the felony drug possession charge at 5:58 a.m.
He was back in the news last month when he shot down rumors he was involved in a shooting and fatal car crash on the Las Vegas Strip that left Oakland rapper Kenny Clutch and two others dead.
A message on his Facebook page said he was not in Vegas at the time and had “no knowledge or connection to this incident.”

Waaay off topic but my nerves are SHOT today. We have 2 dogs here at the office. One of em is always barking at my baby but he stays in the pen so it doesn’t really matter too much. Plus he’s normally a sweet dog and I’ve known him since he was a puppy. Anyway, they let him out this morning and my baby was outside. Knowing how he responds to my baby I stepped in front of my boy just in case when I saw them opening the door. He CHARGED at my baby and pushed him down on purpose!!
I almost went complete savage and fought him like a dog… biting his neck and all. (Ok I’m exaggerating but I was livid!) Theeeeen like 20 minutes later I found a tick on my baby’s neck! 
I don’t even understand how it got there because from what I understand ticks don’t even move that fast. I haven’t been right since.

I’m single and just living my life. I work, getting money, and staying in my own lane not bothering anyone. At work about 6 months ago I met this guy. He was/still is so fine. Tall, Dark skin, dreads, body the whole thing. We connected just like that on the spot. He showed that he was really into me and wanted my number. I gave it to him and we started talking. He let me know off the back he wanted to be my “boo”. I waited about 3 weeks before we had sex, after that he told me that he was engaged to be married but he wanted to continue to have sex with me. I was against it , but knowing me being in my shy ways & don’t want to lose anyone, I continue to have sex with him. recently back in the first week of February , he made a announcement on facebook that his wedding is off for good. I called him thinking it was a joke but he said he was dead ass. At first I thought it was because of me, but he said it has been other issues and personal reasons why he called it off. SO my ass believed him. The wedding is still off, but the big issue is that he got the ex-fiancee’ pregnant the week after Valentine’s Day. What threw me off is that he told me when he first met me that him & the ex-fiancee’ haven’t had sex in MONTHS after he proposed to her. But the most mess up part about it is that, Me & him would have sex without protection a couple of times. And I had gotten pregnant by him as well, but sadly I miscarriage. I know it was dead wrong on my part to allow him to do it so I can take blame on that. But know this, everytime we do that, I ALWAYS go get tested the next day. It hurt me badly but I couldn’t blame him cause I knew what the hell I was getting into. Crazy **** is, me & him still talk and the sex is GOOD but I don’t want to have a broken heart once again from him. I told him he plays too many games to be 36 years old. Please help me and tell me what I should do ? I care for him , I got love for this man, but I can’t continue to keep putting myself in this craziness

Waaay off topic but my nerves are SHOT today. We have 2 dogs here at the office. One of em is always barking at my baby but he stays in the pen so it doesn’t really matter too much. Plus he’s normally a sweet dog and I’ve known him since he was a puppy. Anyway, they let him out this morning and my baby was outside. Knowing how he responds to my baby I stepped in front of my boy just in case when I saw them opening the door. He CHARGED at my baby and pushed him down on purpose!! I almost went complete savage and fought him like a dog… biting his neck and all. (Ok I’m exaggerating but I was livid!) Theeeeen like 20 minutes later I found a tick on my baby’s neck! I don’t even understand how it got there because from what I understand ticks don’t even move that fast. I haven’t been right since.

She stared down her opponent all right.
Police arrested a Texas woman for gouging another lady’s eyeball from its socket with her fingernail during a passionate fight.
Talicia Kiavonna Morrison, 20, fled from the scene where she left Cherry Webster injured and bawling in pain March 16 in Austin, witnesses said.
“They were acquaintances. I’m sure it was some sort of drama that was occurring,” Austin Police Officer Veneza Bremner told the Daily News.
Police responded to an emergency call from Webster. She told authorities that Morrison “grabbed her face, grabbed her eye and ‘dug her fingers up in there’ which caused the eyeball to come out of its socket.”
Webster also described the vehicle Morrison used to escape, allowing officers to track her down and bring her to police headquarters for questioning.
“She admitted to getting in the altercation but didn’t know the damage that she had caused in the fight,” Bremner said.
When pressed, Morrison speculated that she might have actually torn out Webster’s eye with a fingernail, according to an affidavit.
Morrison, whose bail was set at $70,000, faces the second degree felony of aggravated assault causing serious bodily injury.
“Anything can be used as a weapon,” Bremner explained. “In this case it was her hand — it was her fingernail.”
Webster was rushed to a nearby hospital and sedated.
“Webster was not charged (for fighting). She is the victim in this case,” said Bremner. “They placed the eye back in her socket and there will be follow-up to see if there is any other damage.”

Then his babymama tells him she needs some place to stay because she doesn’t have light or gas where she at and she also has 2 other children. So he moves her him with him! Under the assumption that she will get on her feet and get her own place. well a year goes by and she still there. She tells him if I leave u will never see your daughter again. Doing this time me and him was still sleeping together and I got pregnant. This is my miracle baby. I don’t ovulate so we was very shocked and happy that this could happen.

Now the whole time she been here they was not suppose to be together. He spent nights at my house and when she went out of town I spent nights at his house with him and all three of her children so I didn’t think we had a problem until she found out that I was pregnant. She has been putting me through hell and I don’t think he is handling the situation correctly at all. I don’t want him to just put her out cause I know he has become attached to all 3 of her kids and he loves spending so much time with his daughter. But where does that leave me and my child? I love him so much I really do. I don’t know what to do at this point. This has been like this for three years now. Should I just move on? And leave him alone? It crushes me to even think about that.
