Monica Brown has apparently moved on with rapper Kevin Gates after dumping her womanizing husband Shannon Brown, according to the blog streets.
After months of dropping hints and innuendoes in her Instagram captions, Monica posted photos of her new man, Muslim rapper Kevin Gates.
“I am a reflection of who and what God chooses for me… I’m thankful he sent me you !!@iamkevingates,” the mother-of-3 wrote in the caption of one photo.
In another photo, she is seen locked in a loving embrace with Gates. Her body language leaves no doubts about their status as lovers.
The College Park, Ga. native is known to prefer the company of bad boys and stud lesbians.
Rumors have swirled for years that Shannon cheats on Monica because she didn’t give him enough attention at home.
The 38-year-old R&B singer stars on VH1’s “T.I. & Tiny: Friends & Family Hustle” with her pals T.I. Harris and Tameka “Tiny” Harris — who have marital problems of their own.
Shannon makes small cameos on the show, but it is apparent that he and Mo have separated. Monica shares her mansion with her sons Rocko, 13, Romelo, 10, and daughter Laiyah, who just turned 5.
Monica’s mom, Marilyn Best, and her stepfather reportedly moved in to help Mo with the children.
