Chris Brown's robbery victim has been revealed-- on video. The victim, Christal Spann, who clearly does not fit the "type" that Brown prefers -- was caught on video reporting Brown's alleged crime to Miami Beach cops. The video, first posted by TMZ.com, shows Spann surrounded by her friends -- all dark skinned sisters. Spann is in obvious distress as she exclaims several times, "I just want my phone back."
Spann told police that she and her friends followed Brown and rapper Tyga as they left the Cameo nightclub on South Beach early Sunday morning.
When Brown and Tyga climbed into Brown's leased black Bentley, Spann approached the vehicle and snapped a picture. An enraged Brown rolled down the window and snatched Spann's cell phone out of her hand.
Spann said Brown told her "Bitch, you not gonna put this up on no website," before speeding off with the $500 iPhone.
According to TMZ, the Miami Beach P.D. and the Miami-Dade State Attorney's Office are aware of the existence of the video. The video will be used in their investigation, and it will be determined if Brown will be charged with a crime.
If Brown is charged with a crime, he will violate his California probation for assaulting singer Rihanna in 2009. Brown may be forced to serve out the remainder of his 5-year sentence in prison.
Not only does Brown hate women, but he harbors a particular hatred for women with dark skin.
According to TMZ.com, a woman's story about troubled singer Chris Brown snatching her cell phone was credible enough for the DA to consider taking out a warrant for his arrest.
According to TMZ, Christal Spann, 24, filed a police report Sunday for "robbery by snatching." She claimed she followed Chris and rapper Tyga as they were leaving Cameo nightclub in Miami early Sunday morning. She said she got close enough to snap a picture of Chris and Tyga as they sat in his Bentley.
That's when, according to the police report, Chris flipped out, rolled down his car window and grabbed her cell phone, saying, "Bitch, you're not gonna put that on the Internet."
According to the police report, Chris then rolled up his window and sped off, taking the $500 iPhone with him.
There is no indication in the police report what Chris Brown and Tyga were doing in the picture, and why it was so important for Chris to jeopardize his probation status to prevent Crystal from uploading the photo to the Internet.
The most important thing is: if Brown is arrested, he will violate his probation in California for the Rihanna assault case -- and he will be thrown in jail to serve out his sentence!
Reality maven Kim Kardashian won a civil settlement against her former publicist, celebrity blogger Jonathan Jaxson -- barring him from spilling any more teas about her.
On Wednesday, the 31-year-old E! star's lawyers issued a statement to Us Weekly, saying: "Kim Kardashian is very happy to announce that she has reached a settlement of her claims against Jonathan Jaxson. . .Kim is extremely pleased with the outcome of the matter."
It's highly unlikely that their settlement includes any monetary damages -- since Jaxson doesn't have any money. It more than likely includes language ordering Jaxson to keep his mouth shut -- or else.
According to US magazine, As part of the settlement, Jaxson issued a public apology on his official website. "I wanted to apologize publicly to Kim Kardashian for any confusion that I may have caused by the personal statements I made recently regarding Kim Kardashian," Jaxson wrote. "I would like to further clarify that I did not have any first hand knowledge of Kim's relationship with Kris."
Jaxson's official website is no longer online, probably per the settlement agreement.
Despite Kardashian's denials, there is no doubt that Jaxson once worked for Kardashian. There are videos and photos online of them together during happier times... if you feel like searching.
Plus, back in 2007, I met Jaxson at a party that I was hired to shoot for one of his clients (a Soap star whose name I can't recall). Jaxson was your typical loose cannon who could not stop dishing the dirt about his other clients -- Lindsay Lohan and Kim Kardashian.
Hopefully, Jaxson has learned his lesson to stop running his mouth so much and save all his dirt for a book... like I'm doing.
Violence never solves anything, but that didn't stop a writer named Kevin Seccia, from offering a $1,000 prize to the first person who beats up Chris Brown.
In a blog post, Seccia wrote that Brown "is a horrible human being," and argues that he doesn't even pretend to be sorry for "brutally assaulting and threatening to kill a woman," and shows no awareness of what he's done. For those reasons he's offering the cash prize to the first person to deliver documented proof that they hit Brown with "at least two solid punches." For legal reasons, Seccia writes that his offer is partially a joke, but he seems serious about wanting some karma to come Brown's way.
Another high-profile hater is country singer Miranda Lambert. She was one of the first to express her disgust at Brown's performance at the Grammys and got caught in a Twitter feud of her own with the 22-year-old R&B singer. Brown responded directly to Lambert with a sarcastic tweet: "Using my name to get publicity? I love it! Perform your heart out! Go buy Miranda Lambert album! So motivational and 'PERFECT'!"
Lambert doesn't seem to want to drop the issue anytime soon. At a concert on Thursday in Amherst, Mass., she spoke out against domestic violence. "I just have to speak my mind, because where I come from, beating up on a woman is never okay. So that's why my daddy taught me early on in life how to use a shotgun."

Actress Lindsay Lohan was seen leaving a LA court room after getting a rave review from Judge Stephanie Sautner during her probation progress report hearing this morning. According to TMZ, Sautner proudly announced, "You're in the home stretch!" Lindsay has reportedly credited the judge for using "tough love" saving her acting career.
Poor Karrueche Tran. The aspiring model got herself mixed up with a narcissist who is now creeping with other women whose F.A.M.E. can boost his failing career. Sound familiar? I tried to warn Karrueche through her closest friends, but she wouldn't listen to them. Now they say she's depressed and taking sedatives to mask her pain, so she can sleep at night.
Chris jetted Karrueche to Miami for Valentine's Day -- the same day he was seen creeping with Lil Wayne's baby mama, Sarah ViVan, who flew to Los Angeles from Atlanta to "hang out" with CB.
Now Karrueche is the laughing stock of the industry after Rihanna took Chris Brown back -- and totally disrespect his lover on her "Birthday Cake" remix. Sources say Rihanna made CB disrespect Karrueche to force him to prove his love to her -- and CB didn't hesitate.
Aging rapper Jay Z and his wife, Beyonce, left their newborn, Blue Ivy, at home to watch the NY Knicks get blown out by the NJ Nets in Madison Square Garden tonight. It was the first public appearance together for the couple.
The couple's outing was strategically timed to coincide with the release of Rihanna's much-anticipated "Birthday Cake" remix featuring troubled singer Chris Brown. Coincidence?
According to my very credible record label source, Rihanna's next single, "Birthday Cake," is in jeopardy of being shelved due to the controversy surrounding Chris Brown's feature on the track.
The much talked about "Birthday Cake" remix is the full length version of the interlude off Rihanna's gold album, Talk That Talk.
Due to popular demand, the track was revamped and Rihanna's abusive boyfriend was added to the mix. But the response to the news that Brown is on the single has reverberated online. Many of Rihanna's million strong 'Rihanna Navy' say RiRi is committing career suicide if Brown is left on the track.
I reached out to my source last night to confirm or deny new reports that Brown was no longer on the track. My source confirmed that -- yes -- Brown IS featured on the "Cake" remix, which was scheduled to drop tomorrow. But my source added that Roc Nation is "debating" shelving the remix because of "all the controversy."
According to my source, Rihanna herself is anxious for the track to be released -- in its present form -- with Chris Brown's vocals intact.
Rihanna is celebrating her 24th birthday today in Central London, near the tiny hamlet of Clapham, where your auntie was born (I'm not sure if Clapham is still tiny).
Over the weekend 'Saturday Night Live' aired an unfunny skit featuring SNL's Maya Rudolph as Beyonce, and singer Justin Timberlake as musician Bon Iver. In the skit, Beyonce and Jay Z are visited by their quirky celebrity friends, such as Nicki Minaj and Taylor Swift, who stop by to see their daughter -- or son -- Blue Ivy.
Troubled singer Chris Brown and his long-suffering girlfriend, Karrueche Tran, spent the day on the beach with friends in Miami yesterday. Brown took special delight in frightening the seagulls that flock to the beach in search of food. As beach goers looked on in disgust, Brown chased the birds, flapping his arms and screaming as the birds took flight to escape his childish antics.
Speaking of sick birds, Brown's rumored other girlfriend -- singer Rihanna, who is in London today -- took to her Twitter page today to threaten a blogger.
Even though she was quoting a rap lyric in her tweet, your auntie isn't taking any chances. I have beefed up my security and I'm headed to the gun range for more practice after I hit the gym.
Last night around midnight, just as I was turning in for the evening, I received a text message from a very well-connected industry source. The text read simply: "It's official. They're back dating!"
"They who?" I replied -- knowing full well who he meant.
"Rhi/Cb" he texted back. The 'Rhi/Cb' was Rihanna and Chris Brown. I was dumbfounded. I knew Brown was featured on the full length version of Rihanna's "Birthday Cake" track off her current album. And I knew they had been seen partying at the same night spots in LA. But this industry source had assured me that the rumors of Rihanna and Chris Brown getting back together were untrue.
So why the sudden reversal of information?
My theory is this: Rihanna (or someone in her camp) read this Blind Item and started to buck at the realization that not only does she have to share Brown with his current long-suffering girlfriend, Karrueche Tran -- but she's also sharing him with Lil Wayne's baby mama, Sarah ViVan too!
My industry source, who is connected with Rihanna's record label, probably doesn't want the information about Brown and Sarah to grow legs, since this would not be beneficial to the promotion and marketing of the "Birthday Cake" track.
Radaronline reports that troubled singer Chris Brown's mom is furious at his latest online antics. Radar Online says Joyce Hawkins is angry that Brown, 22, took to his Twitter page to tell his "Haters" to "f*ck off" after things were seemingly going so well for him.
You're probably asking where his mom has been through all of his past Twitter outbursts? Allegedly, Joyce Brown is "scared" of her son's narcissistic rages, which she has been on the receiving end of.
Meanwhile, “Joyce is absolutely livid that those vile words and rants were posted on Chris’ Twitter page. She isn’t buying his excuse that he didn’t post it and she has told him that it is his Twitter page, and only he should be posting to it, period,” a source close to the situation tells RadarOnline.com.
“She feels like people were just waiting for a negative reaction to what others were saying about him. She had begged Chris to just ignore it and she is just beside herself that after such successful performances at the Grammys and winning the award, people are now talking about this Twitter controversy. … It’s time for Chris to grow up, and his mother told him that. Chris is his own worst enemy at times and she constantly worries about how he is going to react to stressful situations.”
Page Six reports that Cabaret singer Beyonce is already in the studio recording a new album. Apparently, she has given Blue Ivy to the help to raise while she and her egotistical husband Jay Z continue their pursuit of the spotlight.
We're not surprised. According to our source at the hospital where Blue Ivy was born to a surrogate in January, "mother-infant bonding did not occur in the hours following the birth." Nurses are trained to look for signs of maternal failure to bond. They are instructed to summon the hospital social worker if there are signs that a mother is not bonding properly with her newborn.
We have all seen new mommies caress their precious newborns close to their chests. But this is how Beyonce held Blue Ivy on her born day -- in the crook of her arm, like she didn't know the kid. I've seen others hold babies that way, such as volunteer baby cuddlers in newborn nurseries.
Please pray for the baby: she has narcissists for parents.
According to msnbc.com, police and Crime Stoppers in Washington state used their own personal funds to purchase the burial plots on either side of the two sons of Josh Powell to prevent his family from burying him next to them.
"The bottom line is, Josh Powell will not be near those two boys," Pierce County Sheriff's Sgt. Ed Troyer said in an interview with a Seattle-area radio program called the Ron and Don Show.
"It's disgusting that a murder suspect would be buried next to his victims," Sheriff Paul Pastor said in a statement posted on Twitter.
On Feb. 5, Powell used a hatchet to hack his sons, Charlie, 7, and Braden, 5, to death before setting his rental house on fire, killing himself. A social worker had arrived moments earlier with the children for a court-ordered visit. But the children ran ahead of her into the house, and Powell slammed the door shut behind them.
"He's a narcissist and he has no love for anyone but himself," said Kirk Graves, whose wife is Josh Powell's sister.
