School officials in Irving, Texas called police after Ahmed Mohamed brought the suspicious looking device inside a briefcase to his school and showed it to at least 2 teachers. One of his teachers was sufficiently alarmed enough to advise Mohamed not to show his "clock" to anyone else.

A federal judge in Kentucky ordered Rowan County clerk Kim Davis released from jail today. The same judge jailed Davis last week for refusing to issue gay marriages because doing so would conflict with her religious beliefs.

The news comes as GOP presidential hopefuls Mike Huckabee and Ted Cruz were scheduled to visit Davis in jail today during campaign stops in Kentucky.

The Obama administration continues to overburden the health care industry with unnecessary legislation.

Under a proposed regulation by the Department of Health and Human Services on Thursday, transgender people and cross-dressers will be allowed to share hospital rooms with patients who fit their sexual identity.

In other words, if you are a biological female, you could wake up from surgery to find a man wearing a wig sharing your hospital room.

And if you complain too loudly about sharing your room with a cross-dressing man, you could be labeled a bigot by the hospital staff.

Schools have been shut down and trains halted in an area of north of Chicago where a massive manhunt is underway for 3 cop killers.

An unidentified Fox Lake police officer radioed a dispatcher to say he was chasing three "suspicious" men on foot before 8 a.m. The officer requested backup.

Police responded to the scene and found the officer's lifeless body near route 12 and Sayton Road in Lake County, IL. He had been stripped of his gun and pepper spray.

The U.S. Supreme Court has ruled that all states must issue marriage licenses to gay couples AND that all states must recognize gay marriages performed in other states.

The ruling means gays can be married in all 50 states, including Georgia where gay marriage is banned, AND that the gays will be allowed to sue counties that refuse to issue marriage licenses based on religious beliefs.
