Rap mogul Chris “Ludacris” Bridges and his Ludacris Foundation are always busiest around the holidays. Unlike other foundations that give back only during tax season (I SEE YOU, Jay Z), Luda and his mom, Roberta Shields, give back to the community year round.
As you know, designer Giuseppe Zanotti recently opened a new high end shoe boutique in the upmarket Phipps Plaza in Atlanta. One of the well-heeled invited guests was rapper Chris “Ludacris” Bridges’ fiancée Eudoxie, aka Fab. According to lifestlye blogger Tami of Talkingwithtami.com, Fab wore a houndstooth print ‘Mason By Michelle’ two-piece set and a pair of Giuseppe Zanotti suede Zip Front Peep Toe Boots. The boots retail for a modest $895.

Now that some of the rabble rousers have left for the day, I can post these beautiful photos from Monica Brown’s elegantly appointed baby shower held this past weekend at a private residence in Atlanta.
All details of the event were planned by Laiyah’s daddy, Shannon Brown and event planner Mindy Weiss. Monica, who’s due to deliver in 3 weeks, didn’t have to lift a finger. Shannon and Mindy created the menu, the decor, etc. One key thing on the menu was the Laiyah Love drink served chilled to all guests created by her father. The Laiyah Love drink consisted of homemade lemonade mixed with a splash of each guest’s favorite drink.
From press release:
Ludacris is the southern rhyme slinger whose style changed the game. He broke into hip hop as an Atlanta radio DJ but when he flipped his skills into rapping people weren’t convinced. Ludacris refused to take no for an answer and through sheer perseverance parlayed his quick witted raps into an award winning music and acting career that brought him millions. Despite his success Ludacris suffered through intense personal hardships. For the first time publicly he opens up about his father, his feud with Bill O’Reilly and the drive that carried him to the top.
