Ramsey County Judge William Leary made the ruling in a lawsuit filed by a 64-year-old biological woman who was denied Medicaid coverage to pay for her double mastectomy.

A Vancouver Island transvestite was recently kicked out of the female locker room at a public swimming pool. Brittany Remington told CTV News he checked in with the pool staff to get permission before returning and attempting to enter the female's locker room.

"I went back to go swimming, and I was dressed in a dress… I was about to go in the female change room and they said ‘no.’ They stopped me,” he said. “The woman I was talking to told me that I was not allowed to change in the female change room.”

"Trans dads" are offended that the child birthing process excludes them because they identify as male. So they joined forces with the Midwives Alliance of North America (MANA) to rewrite guidelines purging offensive language that reference mothers as women.

A male cross-dresser missed his flight when he was detained by TSA Agents when he failed to disclose his gender orientation.

Shadi Petosky claims he was "detained and harassed" at the Orlando airport after a body scanner captured an "anomaly" between his legs.

Petosky said he told the TSA agent the anomaly was "my penis."

American President Barack Obama was rudely interrupted at a White House LGBT reception last night in Washington, D.C.

As Mr. Obama brushed his shoulders off, reminding everyone of the great strides he has made for gay people, a loud heckler stood up and chastised him for not doing enough to stop deportations of illegal gays and transsexuals back to Mexico.

B. Scott sues BET Network

Hopefully transgender blogger B. Scott didn't pre-order that new Mercedes Benz (or any other luxury vehicle). It looks like he will not be coming into millions of dollars from that anti-discrimination lawsuit he filed against BET Network.

Gossip tabloid TMZ reports Scott lost his lawsuit today.

BET hired Scott as a fashion reporter during the 2013 BET Awards last summer. But after Scott showed up tardy for his hosting gig, BET's Stephen Hill reportedly ordered Scott to change into attire more suitable for a masculine male host.

In a post published on his blog, Scott said he was “disheartened” by BET’s attempts to tone down his flamboyant personality.

Facebook.com is adding 50 new options for users who self-identity as something other than what they were born as. Options include the usual pronouns: him, her, or them. Then there are the 50 tangential choices, such as androgynous, bi-gender, intersex, gender fluid or transsexual.

Leaked emails published by gossip website TMZ suggests BET Network execs (in particular the males) were uncomfortable with social media personality B. Scott's feminine appearance. BET hired Scott as a fashion reporter during the 2013 BET Awards last summer. But the discord and disagreements began way before the event, according to B. Scott.

Gay rights groups are calling for a boycott after an Atlanta bar denied entry to a popular cross dressing performer.

A bouncer at Don Pollo Bar and Grill on Buford Highway denied entry to drag queen performer Alissah Brooks, whose driver's license identified him as a male, reports the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

“My reaction is simply just surprised… So it feels awkward,” Brooks told Project Q Atlanta. ” (I) Feel a little less than.”

Brooks and his friends walked back to their cars after the encounter with the bouncer. But one friend returned to the door to pester the bouncer with questions -- and videotape his answers.

Former house husband Bruce Jenner is not on the market for another woman after his estranged wife Kris Jenner unceremoniously dumped him for a younger man.

According to a Star magazine's exclusive report, the real reason behind the Jenners' split is Bruce's desire to be more of a woman than Kris.

Star reports that 63-year-old Bruce's transformation from a masculine Olympic athlete to a more feminine version of Kris is what drove the couple apart.

Transgender Prostitute gang

Transgender prostitute gangs have taken over a midtown Atlanta neighborhood, where they have evolved from soliciting men for sex to dealing drugs on Argonne and 3rd Street.

According to the Midtown Ponce Security Alliance (MPSA), the trans prostitutes have joined forces with drug dealers to supplement their income.

One officer wrote in a report: "In recent weeks drug dealers have been menacing area residents as they deal drugs through the trans prostitutes. More and more dope boys are marauding around among the trans gang."

The trans workers turned to drug dealing after the number of Johns looking for females dropped considerably (the trans prostitutes ran the female prostitutes off).

CW Developing Drama About Transgender Teenager

The CW Network is developing a television series about a biological girl who lives her life as a boy, Deadspin.com reports.

CBS TV Studios is producing ZE, a distinction that represents non-gender-specific pronouns such as he or she. To further their agenda to socially engineer non-traditional sex roles as normal, the lead character is presented as the only "normal" member of an otherwise "dysfunctional" family.

Gregg Jarett Bradley Manning

A FOX News anchor is not backing down from LGBT groups who demand that national media outlets refer to convicted traitor Bradley Manning as a 'she' or 'her'.

Manning was sentenced last week to 35 years in military prison for leaking sensitive military documents to anti-secrecy website Wikileaks. The next day, Manning announced he wanted to live his life as "a female" named Chelsea.

Through his attorney, Manning said, "I want everyone to know the real me. I am Chelsea Manning. I am a female. Given the way that I feel, and have felt since childhood, I want to begin hormone therapy as soon as possible."

Unlike the Associated Press and other media outlets where gays wield the most power, FOX News and CNN steadfastly refused to call Manning "Chelsea" or use feminine pronouns to describe him.

NBA legend Earvin "Magic" Johnson and his wife Cookie are urging their gay son, Earvin Johnson III, aka EJ, to say no to reality TV shows.

E.J. came out of the closet in flamboyant style earlier this year when he was photographed with his reported boyfriend. Since then he has given interviews and updated his social media pages indicating his hope to be a voice for gay youth by starring in a reality TV show.

But not if his parents can help it.
