Usher knew he was going to end up apologizing after chastising bitch-boy Chris Brown on video — but he said what had to be said anyway.

JD shot the video during a break in a recording session at his studio Monday night with producers Johnta Austin and B. Cox as part of his “Living the Life” video series on his YouTube channel.

In the video, Usher, JD, B.Cox and Johnta dissed a photo of Christina Milian, then Usher went in on bitch-boy:

“I’m a little disappointed in this photo,” Usher said. “After the other photo? C’mon, Chris. Have a little bit of remorse, man. The man’s on Jet Skis? Like, just relaxing in Miami?”

Yesterday, Usher’s camp released a half-hearted statement apologizing for the truth:

“The comments made during a recent recording session amongst friends were taken out of context and blown out of proportion. I apologize on behalf of myself and my friends if anyone was offended. The intentions were not to pass judgment and we meant no harm. I respect and wish the best for all parties involved.”

The video link was taken down by YouTube. But thanks to Dimewars.com you can
watch the video here.

Later that same night, the friends, who refer to themselves as Ocean’s 5, showed up at Martini Mondays night at Tongue & Groove to celebrate the birthday of Interscope’s Shawn “Tubby” Holiday. Pictured above is Tubby raising a glass, Von Johnson (white vest) who is married to Nicole of 3 Brown Girls, video vixen-turned rapper Lola Luv and a guest.
