Actor Jamal Woolard is in trouble again for assaulting his wife, Trina Younger. Gossip tabloid TMZ reports the actor who played the late Notorious B.I.G. in the 2009 biopic "Notorious" was busted Saturday night in Gwinnett County (GA) for assaulting his wife in front of his stepson.
According to TMZ, Trina told her 15-year-old son to call the cops. The boy made the call and said, "Dad hit Mom."
This isn't the first domestic incident involving Woolard and his wife.
Woolard appeared in court in January 2009 for a Sept. 14, 2008 assault against his wife. As Woolard explained at the time, “She wouldn’t stop pushing me, so I snuffed her.”
Younger's mother defended Woolard, insinuating that her daughter may have made the whole thing up.
“I know he wouldn’t hit her,” says Roslyn Younger, the actor’s mother-in-law. “He’s not like that. Most definitely, they have a good relationship. That’s impossible. I think it’s made up. He’s a loving husband, and I never heard of anything like that before in my life.”
