This was the scene on Monday when a mob of hungry Filipinos turned out for a 15-cent burger deal offered by the Zark’s Burgers restaurant chain.
The restaurant chain offered the 15 cent burger deal to celebrate the chain’s eighth year in business.
The only catch was the 15 cent burgers were offered to the first 80 people in line.
Cell phone video taken at one location shows hundreds of hungry Filipinos queuing in line at the burger joint hoping to be among the first 80 to grab a 15 cent burger.
Just think of all the people who took off time from work to wait in line for the bargain burgers.
