Reality star siblings Kim, Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian, along with Kim’s daughter North West enjoyed a fun day of bowling in Woodland Hills, CA on Tuesday.

The effects of multiple plastic surgeries showed on Kim and Khloe, who is forced to conceal her botched butt implants under garments until the swelling goes down.

Both sisters use Dr. Jason Diamond, a Beverly Hills surgeon, who is renowned for his work on Kim’s face and body parts.

The only sister who hasn’t ruined her body with pointless plastic surgery is eldest sister Kourtney Kardashian, 39. The mother-of-3 retains her shapely figure without surgeries or fad diets and extreme exercising.
