Bilaal (left) claimed he walked in on Duane smashing Will who was bent over a couch in Duane’s dressing room.

Bilaal said:

“I opened the door to Duane’s dressing room and that’s when I see Duane having anal sex with Will. There was a couch and, um, Will was bent over on the couch and Duane was standing up killin’ him. Murderin’, like, murder. It was murder in there.”

On Wednesday, Jada was asked about the allegations during her appearance on The Breakfast Club.

“Let me just say this, it’s ridiculous… and it’s nonsense,” Jada replied. She added that Bilaal tried extorting Will for money, but his efforts failed.

“And this is a person that tried a shakedown, a money shakedown, that didn’t work. We’re gonna take legal action, um, because it’s one thing to have your opinion about somebody versus just making up salacious, malicious stories.”

Courts have dismissed similar defamation lawsuits on the basis that gay allegations do not constitute slander or defamation.

But Jada said extortion is actionable. “That’s actionable, so we’re gonna roll with that.”

On Tuesday, Smith’s rep strenuously denied the allegations made by Bilaal. “This story is completely fabricated, and the claim is unequivocally false,” she said in a statement to TMZ.
