Tristan Thompson‘s third baby mama Maralee Nichols is back in the news after apparently spending the first check from Tristan after his son’s birth on December 1.
Nichols’ representative confirmed to Entertainment Tonight that the Indiana Pacers star has “not paid her a dime in child support” since December.
Nichols has a luxury lifestyle to maintain after moving from her humble home in Houston to the Los Angeles area.
Tristan has two other children – his first son, Prince, 5, by Jordan Craig, and his first daughter, True, 3, with Khloe Kardashian. He reportedly shells out $40K each in monthly child support for all three children for a total of $120K a month.
However, Nichols’ rep tells ET that she is still waiting for her second check from the pro baller, who has never met his son.
Tristan has “done nothing to support their son. He has not made any attempt to meet their son nor has he provided any financial assistance,” the rep complained to ET.
There’s no law that says Tristan has to meet his infant son, but he is required to support the child.
