The family of one of three women crushed to death during a stampede at aspiring rapper GloRilla’s concert plans to file a lawsuit.
Brandy Miller, 35, was trampled to death after the crowd surged toward the exits during the rapper’s concert in Rochester, New York earlier this month.

Witnesses say false rumors of gunfire inside the venue sparked the stampede on March 5.
Miller (bottom right), Aisha Stevens (left), 35, and Rhondesia Belton, 33 (top right), died from injuries they suffered during the stampede.
Miller’s sister, Michelle, tells TMZ the family plans to sue GloRilla and another aspiring rapper, Finesse2tymes, plus the promoters and the owners of the Main Street Armory.
Michelle says her family is in the process of retaining a high-profile attorney. They’ve spoken to several attorneys since Brandy was pronounced dead on March 6.
GloRilla, born Gloria Hallelujah Woods, and Finesse2tymes allegedly left the venue before the stampede, according to TMZ. They’ve both expressed their condolences on social media.
When TMZ Hip Hop spoke with Finesse in NYC this week, he scoffed at the idea that he was at fault. He told TMZ he wasn’t worried about potential lawsuits.
The Millers believe Brandy’s death could have been prevented if the venue wasn’t so overcrowded. They say her brother was at the concert too, but he watched from a different area. He reportedly saw total pandemonium from the very beginning.
