Nicki Minaj‘s $20 million mansion won’t go on the auction block to pay off her debt to a security guard.

Nicki avoided the sale of her home by paying off the $503,000 judgment.

In 2024, former security guard Thomas Weidenmuller was awarded $503,000 in damages stemming from an assault by Nicki’s husband, Kenneth “Zoo” Petty in 2019.

On October 6, 2025, Weidenmuller asked the court to seize the rapper’s Hidden Hills, Ca. home to be sold on the courthouse steps to satisfy the debt.

A judge gave Nicki until today, January 22, to satisfy the debt or lose her house.

Weidenmuller’s lawyer said, “Although it is regrettable that the extraordinary measure of forcing the sale of Minaj’s dwelling is required, that result is entirely the product of her intransigence in not making payment.”

Weidenmuller was a security guard at one of Nicki’s concerts in Germany when Kenny sucker punched him in 2019.

Property records show Nicki purchased the 11-bedroom, 16-bath, 12,000-square ft. home in Hidden Hills for $19.5 million in December 2022.

The home has since been appraised at over $20 million.

Records show Nicki has a $13.2 million mortgage lien on the home and a $722,151 homestead exemption.

Additionally, Nicki reportedly owes the IRS millions in back taxes.

She has a personal net worth of over $200 million.

A Minnesota judge blocked the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) from charging Don Lemon with violating the FACE Act and the KKK Act.

The DOJ is pursuing charges against the former CNN anchor for rushing into a St. Paul church and disrupting services with other anti-ICE protestors on Sunday.

Lemon and the other protestors rushed into the Cities Church after learning one of the pastors was an ICE agent.

The Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act (FACE Act) protects access to reproductive health clinics.

The KKK Act, also known as the Ku Klux Klan Act, protects groups against others who deprive them of their rights.

“There’s a Constitution and a First Amendment, and freedom of speech and freedom to assemble and protest,” Lemon said.

Lemon now claims he didn’t know about the protestors’ plans until they were already inside the church.

The DOJ wants to charge Lemon under the FACE Act and the KKK Act for violating the rights of others to gather in religious worship.

But a magistrate judge refused to sign an arrest warrant for Lemon based on the 2 federal charges.

Attorney General Pam Bondi flew to Minnesota to personally meet with local prosecutors about charging Lemon.

Local attorney Nekima Levy Armstrong was also charged with civil rights violations in the church riots, along with protester William Kelly.

Armstrong is accused of organizing the church protest.

Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights Harmeet Dhillon warned Lemon on X (Twitter) to “lawyer up”.

Lemon faces decades in prison if convicted of civil rights violations.

“I usually don’t respond to this stuff, but let me just say this. Nicki Minaj, stop talking about s–t which you know nothing about. This is out of your depth, by the way. And you are a homophobic bigot,” he said.

“You don’t care about African Americans, you’re not an African American. From what I know, you are reportedly an undocumented citizen, so you should be deported under Donald Trump’s rule.”

He continued: “Nicki Minaj, get a life, stop being a pick-me. You are a pick-me. And I choose not to pick you, and so should Black people, and so should gay people, shouldn’t buy your music. Clock that.”

More than 500 mostly Black women sued a Virginia hospital after a doctor sterilized them by performing unnecessary hysterectomies without authorization.

Dr. Javaid Perwaiz was convicted of Medicaid fraud and sentenced to 59 years in prison after his medical license was revoked.

The lawsuit names Chesapeake Regional Medical Center and officials as defendants.

510 women sued the hospital in December 2025, seeking $10 million each. The women accused the doctor of performing unnecessary sterilization procedures on them after they gave birth.

The lawsuit accuses CRMC of negligence in supervising gynecologist Dr. Perwaiz who performed hysterectomies on the women after delivering their babies.

Court documents allege CRMC ignored red flags by providing surgical privileges to Perwaiz despite multiple warnings from hospital staff and insurance providers.

Federal prosecutors accused Perwaiz of using “fear to remove organs from their bodies that he had no right to take.”

Some of the women signed consent forms for the procedures while under anesthesia. Perwaiz then sent requests for payment to their insurance companies.

He is accused of defrauding Medicaid and insurance companies out of millions of dollars.

Perwaiz, who lost his medical license in Virginia, was convicted of health care fraud in 2020. He is currently serving a 59-year sentence in federal prison for conducting irreversible hysterectomies, improper sterilizations, and other procedures on unsuspecting women.

In November, it was reported that a DNA test confirmed NFL star Stefon Diggs fathered Instagram model Lord Giselle’s daughter named Charliee Harper Diggs-Lopera.

Giselle recently dropped her lawsuit and paternity case against Stefon, who is one game away from going to the Super Bowl with the New England Patriots.

On Tuesday, January 20, Giselle filed court papers requesting to drop her paternity case against Stefon. Her attorney, Tamar G. Arminak, said, “The matter has been resolved.”

Giselle first filed her paternity case in December 2024, stating that she gave birth to a daughter on April 2, 2024. She alleged that Stefon is the biological father, but he denied paternity.

But a DNA test confirmed paternity. Aileen asked the court to legally establish Stefon as the father of her child and she sought sole legal and physical custody of the baby, with Stefon having visitation rights.

According to reports, Stefon has 8 children. Four of his children were allegedly born over the past 12 months.

He welcomed a son with rapper Cardi B late in Novemnber, and he welcomed another child in December or early January.

Cardi B has four children, including three with washed-up rapper Offset. She reportedly paid off his $1.5 million IRS debt in exchange for his signature on their divorce papers.

Cardi wants to marry Stefon as soon as possible.

Update: Los Angeles Lakers minority owner Jeanie Buss issued a statement to The Atlantic about ESPN’s explosive LeBron James story.

ESPN claimed Jeanie is disappointed that LeBron didn’t show gratitude after she signed his eldest son, Bronny James, to a $4 million contract.

In her statement on Wednesday evening, Jeanie said the story is “just not true”.

“It’s really not right, given all the great things LeBron has done for the Lakers, that he has to be pulled into my family drama. To say that it wasn’t appreciated is just not true and completely unfair to him.”

Bronny, 21, was drafted by the Lakers with the 55th overall pick in the 2024 NBA Draft.

LeBron and Bronny made history as the first father-son duo to play together in an NBA game.

According to ESPN, Jeanie felt that LeBron, 41, wasn’t “grateful” enough after she convinced the front office to draft Bronny.

“And when the Lakers drafted James’ son Bronny with the 55th pick in the 2024 draft, Jeanie privately remarked that James should be grateful for such a gesture, but she felt that he wasn’t,” said ESPN reporter Baxter Holmes on Wednesday.

Holmes suggested that the Lakers front office – including Jeanie’s 5 brothers and sister – didn’t want to waste a draft pick on Bronny. But Jeanie reportedly insisted on drafting Bronny.

Also in the ESPN report, league sources said Jeanie complained privately about LeBron’s “outsized ego” and the influence he and Rich Paul, of Klutch Sports, had over the Lakers’ organization.

Billionaire businessman Mark Walter purchased a majority ownership stake in the team for $10 billion. Jeanie continues to be the Lakers’ governor and she retains a minority ownership in the franchise.

Rapper YoungBoy Never Broke Again confirmed his support for U.S. President Donald Trump in a new podcast.

During a recent interview with Complex magazine, NBA YoungBoy explained the meaning behind his Make America Slime Again album title.

“Follow whatever Trump applying in every way. Enforce whatever Trump’s applying. That’s it,” he said.

Complex recently named YoungBoy the Best Rapper Alive. He’s coming off a lucrative tour that broke ticket sales records and he’s been compared to Michael Jackson.

Patrick Hughes, the chief executive of Foundation Media Partners, said of YoungBoy’s new documentary: “NBA YoungBoy is not just an artist; he’s a cultural force.”

Trump pardoned YoungBoy on May 28, 2025. He was jailed following his arrest for impersonating pharmacists by phone to score prescription drugs.

At the time, he was on house arrest in Utah for gun charges in Louisiana.

Earlier this year, on the track “XXX,” YoungBoy rapped, “Whatever Trump doin’, b–h it’s good for the youngn’s (All Hail Trump).”

The rapper lost some fans over his support of the president, but he claims his support of Trump is not due to his pardon.

Comedian calls his 11-year-old daughter a gold digger: “She started looking at me like an ATM”

Comedian Ryan Davis sparked outrage on social media when he accused his preteen daughter of being a gold digger.

Ryan made the remarks in an interview on Shannon Sharpe’s “Club Shay Shay” podcast last week.

Ryan said, “My daughter went from ‘I love my dad’ to ‘Let me see what I can get out of him.'” He said it broke him because his daughter only wanted to be around him for material things.

Ryan said his daughter saved his life when she was born because she made him a better man.

“I knew I couldn’t be a mediocre man anymore, because it would affect how she viewed men in general.”

After the interview, Ryan’s baby mother spoke out on TikTok, saying Ryan’s words were “hurtful and traumatic” for their daughter to hear.

She said the girl saw herself in viral videos and she wasn’t protected by her father.

“My daughter wasn’t protected in this situation at all. Explaining to an 11 yr old who stumbled across her face on social media as to why her face is all over strangers’ pages and why her father said what he said when, in fact, she doesn’t even ask for things from him has been the final straw.”

She said their daughter doesn’t ask her father for material things, and she was only 3 years old when Ryan left the relationship.

She wrote:

“She was 3 when he moved away. And we never lived together. This entire thing has been very hurtful & traumatic for my daughter. I never say anything, but when it comes to my kids, I will always be vocal.”

Elsewhere in his interview with Shannon, Ryan suggested that his mommy issues may be why he can’t form stable relationships with women.
