Wow, the year 2009 went by so quickly and now 2010 is upon us. We have so much to feel Blessed about here at Sandrarose.com. We wish you and yours a very Happy and joyous New Year, and we want to thank you for continuing to support Sandrarose.com!

Once again, as I did last year, I'm contemplating making some changes to my blog so it will be bigger and better for you in the new year.

Below is a poll listing some of the changes I’m contemplating.

Tell me what you think. You can select more than one answer. I’ll be checking in throughout the weekend from Miami Beach where I'm attending the Lady GaGa NYE party at the Fountainebleu hotel courtesy of Def Jam VP Bu Thiam!

Then on Friday, Bu has invited me to a private yacht party with celebs such as Young Jeezy, Akon, Lil Wayne, and Chris Brown.

Please be safe. I want to see you back here next year!

Have a great weekend!

Last night I spoke with top celebrity publicist Marvet Britto via phone. She was very concerned that her 15-year reputation as one of the industry's most credible publicists was being tarnished by an unscrupulous blogger (who no one has ever heard of).

Britto, who founded the prestigious Britto Agency in NYC, wanted my readers to know that while she does represent the publicity and production interests of mediatakeout.com, she is not involved in the content of that website. And to prove her point, Britto called an Atlanta friend, Lisa, by three-way who told me that she asked Britto to intercede on behalf of another friend who wanted a post removed from MTO.

"If she was the owner that post would have been removed," said Lisa.

Britto, who was calling from a yacht in the Bahamas, also cleared up the rumor that she represented Usher's ex-wife Tameka Foster-Glover. "At no time have I ever represented Tameka Foster-Glover. At no time!," said Britto adamantly.

"I don't want to work with Tameka Foster. It wasn't about whether she could afford me. I'm sure the mother of Usher's two children can afford to hire me. I know her. She's cool. She's sweet. I represent corporations and brands. I'm very particular with the folks I work with. We never even discussed me representing her. We never got into that," said Britto, who represents rapper Plies, and actor/author Hill Harper, among others.

Rumor had it that Foster-Glover approached Britto earlier this year and asked her for representation while she went through that nasty divorce from Usher. Apparently, Foster-Glover had heard that Britto did wonders for the image of Sean Combs' baby mama Kim Porter. But Britto insisted that she and Porter are only close friends (Britto is the Godmother of Sean and Kim's twin girls).

"Tameka is friends with [former R&B singer] Pebbles who I'm very close to and... I don't represent Kim Porter. I don't represent the reality [TV] people. I just don't do that.... As far as representing people through divorces, I just have never done that. I represent people for long term. I don't just come on board for certain situations. I do crises, but I only do that for people that I represent on an ongoing basis."

Britto strongly denied allegations that she feeds information about her celebrity clients to MTO. "I don't get involved with Fred's content," said Britto, referring to Fred Mwangaguhunga, a former corporate lawyer-turned gossip blog owner.

"He writes negative stories trashing my clients. At the end of the day my clients would be thrilled if I could keep them off of it," said Britto who frequently contributes to CNN and CBS.

"I build brands. I'm the branding person to assist [Fred] with bringing his TV show to life. I don't own Mediatakeout. Give me a break! Our relationship is strictly business. In the beginning I told him 'I'm not going to get involved in your content so don't ask me anything.' I'm a publicist, not a gossip columnist."

After posting pics from my friend Elsa's birthday bash at the Gold Room, readers have been emailing me requesting the recipe for Patron cupcakes. Thanks to loyal reader Angela Watts who found this recipe online just in time for your New Year celebrations!

WSB-TV 2 reports that vandals ransacked the church owned by R&B singer Monica's stepfather. The tiny St. Marks United Methodist church in Fairburn has been hit twice in one week according to police.

Police are beefing up patrols in the area where the church sits at the corner of Bay and Oak Streets. The congregation doesn't understand why anyone would want to do damage to the church. Vandals first ransacked the kitchen before stealing a DVD, punched a hole in an office door and knocked over a framed picture of Monica.

"We can give them food. all they have to do is ask for it. And we can provide them with a DVD player if they want one," said Monica's stepfather the Rev. Best.

Take a good look at the picture above. It's a picture of an indignant terrorist sympathizer who's just been dragged off the golf course to read a prepared statement about a subject that he has no interest in -- terrorism.

As far as US president Barack Obama is concerned, there is no war on terror. He made sure of that when he struck those very words from his administration's vernacular.

Yesterday, Obama drew the ire of the NY Daily News and former VP Dick Cheney when he referred to Christmas Day terrorist bomber Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab as an "isolated extremist" -- despite the fact that al Qaeda supplied the bomb materials and instructions to Umar.

Meaning Umar was not working alone as Obama so blindingly suggests.

Obama has come under attack this week by the mainstream media for pretending we are not at war with terrorists. Why should Obama admit we are at war with terrorists when it's obvious that he sympathizes with them?

Are we forgetting that Obama called Americans "arrogant" and referred to America as "the largest Muslim country" in the world?

In an interview with Politico.com, Cheney said:

“As I’ve watched the events of the last few days it is clear once again that President Obama is trying to pretend we are not at war. He seems to think if he has a low key response to an attempt to blow up an airliner and kill hundreds of people, we won’t be at war. He seems to think if he gives terrorists the rights of Americans, lets them lawyer up and reads them their Miranda rights, we won’t be at war. He seems to think if we bring the mastermind of 9/11 to New York, give him a lawyer and trial in civilian court, we won’t be at war.

“He seems to think if he closes Guantanamo and releases the hard-core al Qaeda trained terrorists still there, we won’t be at war. He seems to think if he gets rid of the words, ‘war on terror,’ we won’t be at war. But we are at war and when President Obama pretends we aren’t, it makes us less safe. Why doesn’t he want to admit we’re at war? It doesn’t fit with the view of the world he brought with him to the Oval Office. It doesn’t fit with what seems to be the goal of his presidency – social transformation—the restructuring of American society. President Obama’s first object and his highest responsibility must be to defend us against an enemy that knows we are at war.” Read More...

Whitney Houston's long-awaited comeback kind of fizzled out this year even though her album went platinum. Now friends are telling the National Enquirer that Whitney is back on crack. That would be sad considering all the work she did to stay clean.

“Everyone is worried about her,” revealed a source. “Whitney seems to go from being a nervous wreck to being completely out of it in a short period of time – just like she did when she was freebasing and using crack cocaine.“She is still drinking and with Whitney, alcohol and drugs have always gone hand-in-hand. She’s worked so hard to get back on top. It would be tragic for it to go up in smoke because she can’t stay clean.”Now, under pressure to continue her comeback, Whitney appears tense and overanxious, said the source, adding: “You can’t help worrying that she’s slipped back into some of her bad habits.” Read More...

Days before TMZ reported this incident involving legendary producer Teddy Riley, I received an email from the daughter who made the allegations of physical abuse. But I deleted the email without even reading it, believing it to be a prank from a reader.

That's the way it goes sometimes in the world of blogging. Decisions have to be made on a daily basis to maintain credibility.

Anyway, Riley has released a statement denying the allegations. But a judge saw fit to grant his daughter a restraining order soooo...

As TMZ first reported, one of Riley's adult daughters obtained a restraining order against him, claiming the singer beat her and her sister and threatened to hurt them with a guitar from the video game Rock Band earlier this month.

But in a statement to TMZ, Teddy flat-out denies the allegations -- and insists the entire situation arose because his parenting techniques allowed his kids to have "an inflated sense of entitlement and expectation."

Here's the statement in its entirety:

Due to recent events, I am compelled to respond in detail to accusations made against me, by my daughters.

I love my Daughters, but I will not allow my children to disrespect me in my home. Contrary to what I have been accused of, I would never beat my children.

Perhaps, I should have been a stronger disciplinarian as they were growing up. I worked very hard so that my children would want for nothing.

Beyonce wishes she still had the shape she did 5 years ago when this photo was originally taken. Has anyone seen the pics of Bey and Jay on the yacht in the French Riviera? Don't they get tired of taking random vacations?

According to British tabloids, Jay Z is getting frustrated with Beyonce's refusals to have a baby by him. Would you have a baby by Jay Z and risk the chances of the kid looking like a baby camel? I'm just being real. Plus, Beyonce is what, 34, 35? She's still young and doesn't want a kid derailing her career even though Rihanna has already derailed it.

Doesn't actress Gabby Sidibe remind you of an attractive version of Angel Laws from Concrete Poop? Isn't it great that 2009 ushered in a new era placing the emphasis on talent and not false imagery?

Gabby visited the Duracell Power Lab in Times Square today in New York City. Doesn't she look very comfortable in her skin? The other night as I sat in my car to get out of the bitter cold while waiting for the Jingle Jam promoter to produce another ticket for my friend (he ultimately told me to kick rocks), I watched a parade of big guls wearing the tightest, curve fitting, revealing outfits I've ever seen. I LOVED IT! I LOVE big guls with supreme confidence. They make everyone around them smile. Of course, my readers will always find something negative to say about this beautiful woman regardless.

EDITED:
to add the link to the executive order.

Does anyone notice how U.S. president Barack Obama always does his shady deeds in the dead of night while he thinks we're sleeping?

If you have of that Kool Aid left over, you might want to take a drink to keep from gagging as you read on.

Last Thursday, Dec. 17, 2009, Obama signed an executive order giving complete authority to British police force Interpol to crack heads arrest U.S. citizens on U.S. soil without any intervention from our police or even the FBI!

Additionally, if you are arrested by Interpol, you have no recourse, no rights to an attorney and no right to even see the charges against you -- thanks to Obama.

By signing the order, Obama removed any safeguards put in place by former president Ronald Reagan to insure that Interpol did not violate our rights or the Constitution!

Andy McCarthy at National Review asks these crucial, sobering questions of the secretive Obama order:

Why would we elevate an international police force above American law? Why would we immunize an international police force from the limitations that constrain the FBI and other American law-enforcement agencies? Why is it suddenly necessary to have, within the Justice Department, a repository for stashing government files which, therefore, will be beyond the ability of Congress, American law-enforcement, the media, and the American people to scrutinize?

Why would Obama sign an order effectively turning the U.S. into a police state. It could be that Obama doesn't think the FBI or our local police will roll over on their fellow Americans when the New World Order becomes reality -- but an international police force will.

The Examiner's Anthony G. Martin thinks he knows the chilling answer:

At least one answer to these questions is very clear. A coup is underway in the United States of America, the goal of which is to establish complete, unquestioned authority over the citizens--a 'fundamental change' to the United States where citizens have no legal recourse against an authoritarian central government.

Thanks to loyal reader James B. for the tip!

NBA star LeBron James hosted the Key Club party for industry elites at the Gold Room on Monday night in Atlanta. LeBron was being his usual arrogant self, posting up in the VIP all night and waving away a photographer as if he's so high and mighty. LeBron needs a reality check to bring him down to earth. Hopefully, he won't end up like Tiger Woods later on down the road with all his dirty laundry tumbling out of his closet.

NBA baller Delonte West was also at the party. He was recently in the news for something or other. I'm going to guess it was either drugs or domestic abuse.

Brad Pitt brought his adopted and biological kids to see their mom Angelina Jolie-Pitt on the set of her new film. It's common knowledge that the Jolie-Pitts are raising their daughter Shiloh to be a lesbun, and my how Zahara is growing!

Reality TV personality NeNe Leakes attended LeBron James' party at the Gold Room in Atlanta. The Key Club night on Mondays at the Gold Room is the spot to be for the industry elite and those who don't have to go to work in the morning.

Last week, a key industry figure asked if I thought my good girlfriend would be interested in appearing on a reality show. The kicker was they thought I might join my friend on the show. LOL, yeah right! My friend would love to do it, but count me out! Obviously the exec doesn't read my blog and has no clue about my disdain for reality TV shows.  Photo by Prince Williams/ATLPics.net

The blogosphere is abuzz with stories about talk show Diva Tyra Banks' infamous temper. But Sandrarose.com readers already knew this.

Some of you may recall this post that I wrote last year about the terrible Ms. Banks:

The source says [Tyler] Perry ran that same guilt trip on talk show diva Tyra Banks who also agreed to stage photos of them together on a “date”. But Perry took things too far, according to the source who said Banks was unhappy with the way Perry kept dropping hints to the media that the two of them were dating.

The source said Banks flew to Atlanta last year to “have it out” with Perry and his staff at the film director’s offices. “She went into his private office and they had words. Then she came out and started yelling at the staff. She was slamming doors and cussing,” said the source, who asked to remain anonymous. “[Banks] won’t have anything to do with [Perry] anymore.”

According to the NY Daily News, Tyra's employees (who are about to be on the unemployment line) are singing to the media about Tyra's legendary temper tantrums. Well, I did say she was a narcissist. What did they expect?

A loyal reader who shall remain anonymous writes:

Dear Sandra,

Thank you very much for the link to the blog on narcissistic people. I was reading the blog this morning and my stomach is in knots because that is exactly whom I've married. It's been a tough 5 years. Very tough. I was made to feel that it's been "Me" all this time. And now, I can see he just has this sick personality that preys on "bleeding me dry" as the blog states. Honestly, I don't what I will do to move forward, but at least now I know it isn't me, and that's a start.

Enjoy the New Year, and thank you again.

Surprise, surprise: U.S. president Barack Obama's apology tour for Muslim terrorists is a complete failure. Who would have thought that all his bowing and scraping and apologizing for "arrogant Americans" and promising to close Gitmo, and giving his first official interview as president to a Muslim news network, and calling America "one of the largest Muslim countries in the world,” was all for naught?

Now it seems the mainstream media has finally awakened from its deep sleep:

There has been a pattern developing with the Obama administration trying to minimise terrorist attacks. We saw it with Abdul Hakim Mujahid Muhammad, a Muslim convert who murdered a US Army recruit in Little Rock, Arkansas in June. We saw it with Major Nidal Malik Hassan, a Muslim with Palestinian roots who slaughtered 13 at Fort Hood, Texas last month. In both cases, there were Yemen connections. Obama began to take the same approach with Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab. We’ll see whether this incident shakes him out of that complacency. Whether it’s called the war on terror or not, it’s clear that the US is at war against al-Qaeda and radical Islamists. Read More...

Wow. I've been writing about that "pattern" of Obama's for months. But only the most astute among my readers picked up on what was occurring in Washington. During his highly successful campaign, Obama made all kinds of promises to Americans.

But when he took office, he immediately reached out to -- and began to curry the favor of -- the Saudi Muslims who put him in office with all those illegal donations that will never be accounted for.

Obama's efforts to overhaul the greatest health care system in the world is only an attempt to seal his legacy as the first American president to get it done. It matters not to Obama that the taxes to pay for his monstrous bill will come out of our paychecks and that Americans who have the least resources will suffer even more.

If you think insurance companies balk at approving costs for expensive cancer treatments, wait until the government takes over health care. Trust me, the government will not be as generous as the insurance companies are now.

Hopefully, none of you will be diagnosed with cancer or any other terminal illness in the coming years.

Oh, and remember that Amnesty bill for immigrants that the Democrats were trying to push through Congress? You know, the one that will open the door to even more Yemen terrorists to walk freely across our borders? Well, good luck with that.

X17online.com is reporting exclusively that disgraced superstar golfer Tiger Woods checked himself into a rehab facility. We suspect he's there for prescription drugs addiction. We doubt he's there to get help for his serial cheating with loose women.

The source tells X17online:

"He has been there for a few days since his handlers forced him to enter the program. They feel that if he blames his cheating on addiction, the public will forgive him."

Fortunately, the public is not that gullible because the public has vast wells of knowledge (such as my blog) to inform them of Tiger's little narcissism problem that won't go away no matter how much therapy he gets. Narcissists never get better, they only get worse over time.

So if you think you're married to a narcissist, you might as well start packing your bags now.

If you marry a malignant narcissist, and he or she can get others into the sack, your narcissistic spouse WILL be a serial cheater. He must prove that you have no control over him. That you and your marriage mean nothing to him. He fears relationships as ropes that tie him and therefore must betray every bond of good faith. Read More...

No one can say our young women aren't raised right. In addition to being clean, wholesome, respectable, unsullied, virginal and upstanding citizens of our community, these charming ladies are also quite talented.

When these high school cheerleaders aren't volunteering at local hospitals in their spare time, they have sweet little get-togethers at their homes where they sip tea, laugh and sing. Oh, and they show each other the latest new dance steps. I wonder what's the name of this dance?

A loyal reader emailed these pics of Beyonce's apparently straight bodyguard partying with female groupies. We don't know how old the pics are but it's our first time seeing them. We had no idea Julius was married and had a seed. We would also like to say that being the bodyguard to a superstar (or for that matter, being a celebrity blogger) has its perks and privileges. Especially when you don't have much going for you in the area of looks or personal style.

Chrisy writes:

Hi Sandra,

Here are pictures of Beyonce's bodyguard Julius having fun with some groupies. Did you know that Julius has a 4 year old daughter and is divorced?! Apparently his daughter had a gift for Juelz to Christmas. I spied that via convo between Solange and Beyonce's stylist.

Is it me or Julius is now an inherent part in the Knowles fam?!!

PS: Im not @Beyoncestanpede. I just have the pictures from this crazy stan.

Nick Cannon searched for the biggest Big Boy shoes he could find to attend the second day of the 14th Annual Capri Hollywood International Film Festival with his wife Mariah in Capri, Italy. If you recall, there was a small dispute over the size of Nick Cannon's shoes, prompting the entertainment mogul to take to his Twitter page in response.

It looks like Ice-T's wife CoCo got her breasts redone over. It's a necessity when your breasts are larger than 700cc like CoCo's. The seams just don't last and the breast begins to leak, which is not a good look when you're running on the beach with your mammary glands bouncing and jiggling.

UK singer Susan Boyle has a million reasons to be happy as she arrived in Narita New Tokyo International Airport early this morning. The 46-year-old Boyle is a worldwide sensation, not for her good looks, but for her undeniable talent. For the first time since 'Napster' became a household word, the record industry is forced to accept the fact that looks and image no longer moves records, talent does. Boyle racked up another 659,000 in sales last week pushing her total sales over 2 million and giving Taylor Swift Fearless a serious run as the year’s top-selling album. Good for her!

Al Qaeda terrorist cells have no shortage of ideas to destroy the U.S. We felt safe as a country for 8 years, but that sense of security was threatened on Christmas Day by a baby faced bomber who sat on a Northwest Airlines commercial jet with 80 grams of PETN sewn into his underwear.

PETN, an ingredient of of the highly explosive chemical Semtex, is undetectable by airport scanners and metal detectors. The powdery substance can be detected by bomb sniffing dogs and a simple body pat down.

Just 50 grams of PETN is all that is required to bring down a 727. 50 grams is the exact amount that convicted shoe bomber Richard Reid was found to be carrying on board American Airlines flight 63 in 2001. He is currently serving a life sentence without parole.

PETN has a lower tolerance to shock and vibration than TNT dynamite. Meaning, any little jolt can set the brittle explosive off. The underwear bomb was designed by a top Al Qaeda bomb maker in Yemen where 23-year-old Nigerian Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab received the bomb ingredients and instructions.

Luckily, the inexperience of the bomber who failed to fully inject the trigger fluid into the PETN powder properly, saved the lives of the passengers. Only a part of the package containing the PETN exploded setting Umar's legs, the floor under him and part of a wall of the fuselage ablaze.

In an online posting on a Muslim message board from 2005, Umar, who described himself as feeling "depressed and lonely," wrote:

"I have no one to speak too [sic]. No one to consult, no one to support me and I feel depressed and lonely. I do not know what to do. And then I think this loneliness leads me to other problems." Read more...

Usher, Keri Hilson and Trey Song rocked the sold out Philips Arena on Saturday with their fiya remix to Trey's "I Invented Sex." Afterwards, the rumor mill cranked up with whispers that Trey and Keri were more than friends.

A source who was in the trio's dressing room said Trey couldn't keep his hands off Keri. "They were acting like school kids in the throes of puppy love," said the source who asked to remain anonymous.

I can believe it. Trey Song seems like the type of corny dude who would fall in love with a chick with no azz to speak of.

The United States, specifically the Obama administration, Office of Homeland Security and the State department, admitted failure over the terror plot to blow up a commercial airliner.

Hours after Obama took office in January and began his Muslim apology tour by pandering to the middle east, we predicted there would be an increase in unprecedented terrorist attacks on U.S. soil.

Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab, a 23-year-old Nigerian, attempted to detonate a Semtex (PETN) bomb sewed into his underwear while on board a Northwest airlines jet bound for Detroit on Christmas Day.

4 days previously, Al Qaeda terrorists in Yemen released a tape bragging about the Christmas Day bomb and basically giving authorities the heads up. On Nov. 19, Abdulmutallab's father, a former Nigerian banker, alerted the State department of his son's extremist views and his threat to America. All signs of the impending disaster were ignored.

It later emerged the Nigerian was on a US watchlist of terror suspects but was not on a "no-fly" list and had a visa to enter the country. [link]

Janet Napolitano, Obama's secretary of Homeland Security came under fire yesterday for asserting the "system worked." By late afternoon, she claimed her words were taken out of context. Here is the text of Napalitano's words:

What we are focused on is making sure that the air environment remains safe, that people are confident when they travel. And one thing I’d like to point out is that the system worked. Everybody played an important role here. The passengers and crew of the flight took appropriate action.

While U.S. president Barack Obama wastes time and money trying to overhaul a health care system that doesn't require overhauling, his state department ignores terrorists on "watch lists" that should be on "no-fly" lists, especially after 9/11.

When questioned about the ignored watch lists, the only explanation White House press secretary Robert Gibbs could come up with was that the watch lists were put in place by the previous Bush administration. Is that some kind of excuse?

The rules on the lists have been in place since 2006. The Obama administration has been in office since January. If the rules on transferring people from watch lists to no-fly lists are a problem, shouldn’t that have been a higher priority than, say, revamping the entire American health-care system or pushing cap-and-trade bills? It seems like a bigger priority than flying to Copenhagen twice and coming home empty-handed both times, once on climate change and once on the Olympics. Of course, Barack Obama doesn’t have to worry about flying with radical jihadis from Nigeria when he travels abroad. Read More...

It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that you can't bow down to terrorists, you can't appease terrorists and you certainly cannot ignore them.

Drudge Report has a breaking news story involving an emergency situation underway at US president Barack Obama's rented villa in Hawaii. according to Drudge:

Obama leaves golf abruptly for 'personal matter'; ambulance speeds to first family's compound... DEVELOPING...

UPDATE:

According to Drudge, the "emergency" is alleged to be a "minor injury" to a "family friend," which is probably Secret Service code for something major. We doubt the president would stop playing golf to rush home in a motorcade with police escort, running red lights with sirens blaring because a family friend stubbed his toe.

We'll keep you updated as news develops.

While US President Barack Obama vacations in Hawaii, the White House is scrambling to explain why terrorism policies put into place by the Bush administration are being largely ignored by the Obama administration.

According to ABC News:

“Brian Jenkins, who studies terrorism for the Rand Corporation, says there were more terror incidents (12), including thwarted plots, on U.S. soil in 2009 than in any year since 2001. The jihadists don’t seem to like Americans any better because we’re closing down Guantanamo.”

My regular readers will recall that Sandrarose.com predicted this would happen when US president Barack Obama revealed his true colors after taking office. It was clear form the beginning that Obama sympathized with Muslim terrorists (notice I use those words together and not separately?).

When Obama took office in January, he announced plans to close the prison camp at Guantanamo Bay Cuba because he was concerned that the civil rights of those murderous terrorists were being violated.

He also drafted a love letter to the Muslim leader of Iran, and gave his first major interview as president -- not to a U.S. news network -- but to a Muslim network based in Saudi Arabia. All the while denying he was Muslim.

Obama's primary mission seemed to be to remake the image of Muslim terrorists in the eyes of Americans. The Obama administration even laughably extended invitations to Iranian Diplomats to enjoy hot dogs and burgers on 4th of July (the administration later rescinded the invites).

Yet none of this raised red flags amongst enthusiastic Kool Aid drinkers. But now that the lives of Americans are being threatened on an ever increasing basis, Kool Aid drinkers are sitting up and taking notice.

The question being asked is why didn't the (Obama) state department take into account a father's warning that his son might be a danger to the U.S.? We're not talking any ordinary father here, we're talking about a former official with the Nigerian government!

The state department employee who took the father's call, added the son's name to a terror watch list. Yet Northwest Airlines bombing suspect Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab was approved for a travel VISA to the U.S. anyway.

Still, Obama's Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano told the world media “the system worked.”

According to The Washington Post, "White House officials struggled to explain the complicated system of centralized terrorist data and watch lists, stressing that they were put in place years ago by the Bush administration."

So because the checks and balances system was put in place by the Bush administration, the soft Obama administration has virtually ignored them?

No question, this was not a good year to be pop singer Chris Brown. He started off the year with a bang with a world tour that sold out everywhere. Brown and his then girlfriend Rihanna were considered royalty to the paparazzi who couldn't get enough of them. The cute couple were set to perform their hits on the Grammy Awards in February when tragedy struck.

Brown was accused of beating, punching and kicking Rihanna in the pre-dawn hours of February 9, 2009 following a pre-Grammy party. Then TMZ.com "acquired" a police evidence photo of a bruised and bleeding Rihanna. The public backlash against Chris Brown was immediate and the course of Brown's career was altered forever

Both artists released albums late in the year and Rihanna's album, Rated R, topped Chris' album 'Graffiti' in sales almost 2-1. Graffiti debuted at #7 selling a meager 107,000 copies -- a total flop by todays industry standards.

Rihanna's 'Rated R' came in at #3 with robust sales of 181,000 in the first week. Brown was expected to best Rihanna's sales as he rode a groundswell of sympathy from his fans who believed that cock and bull story about Rihanna hitting him first (a man should never hit a female under any circumstance).

Additionally, Brown received nearly unprecedented pre-sales national network press coverage following appearances on CNN's Larry King Live and Good Morning America. As a result, Brown was expected to best Rihanna's first week sales by at least 200,000 copies.

Brown's numbers were so shocking that the "Run It" singer went into a tailspin. His poor impulse control got the best of him and he experienced a melt down on social micro-blogging site Twitter.com, blaming his poor sales on WalMart not stocking his album (a complete lie).

Brown's record label had no choice but to force him to shut down his Twitter page. His reputation is so irreparably damaged that rumor has it Brown will be dropped from his record label after the first of the year.

Entertainment mogul Nick Cannon felt some kind of way about my post last week on the size of his feet. I imagine that men can get a little sensitive on the subject of their size. Nick, who is vacationing in Aspen with his wife Mariah Carey, took time out from his vacation to tweet the following message on Twitter.com:
