In Case You Missed It: Basketball Wives, Episode 13
I don’t watch fake, scripted TV shows featuring dysfunctional, attention-seeking women. But celebrity blogger Snitch posted a recap on her blog, and apparently, Tami Roman (this season’s instigator) apologized on Twitter for being a (paid) bully on the show.
Here’s how urban reality TV shows work: every season one of the cast members is chosen to be the instigator. This season it’s Tami’s turn — and her kids are catching heat for their mother’s actions (or I should say her bad acting).
tami implores the show’s gullible viewers to leave her daughters alone because they are not cast members (or they would be acting ratchet too). Tami stopped just short of admitting that the show is all fun and games (as long as she’s being paid and nobody gets hurt.).

TAMI was out of line and out of order. Her hoodrat mentality is most distrubing. The fact that she doesn’t respect someone who attempts to handle a situation in an adult manner (security/police) speak volumes to her character. It’s not fake and scripted Miss Sandra. In the case of BBW Tami, Ev and Susie have a part to play as agitators. No one can tell me they don’t have meetings with the producers where they are told how to get sh*t started. It’s not a script. Jen used to be in on it, but obviously she jumped ship. Royce, Kesha, Kenya and Meeka are the victims. Oh yeah, and now Jen too except I think her and Ev’s beef is real. Problems arose when Keshia was too scared to respond properly. She’s afraid to get hit. So now instead of a juicy fight, they have the worst case of bullying I’ve seen since elemetary school. I feel bad for Tami too, because she’s just doing whatever it takes to stay off them food stamps. I know she hates herself for last nights show.

Continue to be careful with HR, they tend to use people for lack of work they should do. The team I was on prior had a employee that difficult to work with. I never went to HR on her, but had a slew of things I had in my notebook about her. Now they are watching her, but I knew she would eventually dig her own grave.
I do think that with all that Tami did to Kesha it did effect Ev and when she resits down with Jen she will see that what she did to her was no different than what Tami did. I think that she was brought to tears cause she saw herself in Tami and Jen in Kesha. Her and Jen were actually friends. Those weren’t really crocodile tears to me those were tears of guilt!

And as far as Kesha not standing up for herself, there are people who just abore conflict. She looked as if she didn’t know what Tami was capable of, I wouldn’t put murder past her ignorance, so why would Kesha entertain that by keeping herself around that or even mirroring Tami’s aggression. I wouldn’t have tolerated that, but Kesha looks as if she was raised differently and to walk away for confrontations like that if she ever came in contact with it.
The thing that really pissed me off last night was when Tami said that Kesha needed to get used to people not saying things that she liked…umm, Tami you should take your own advice. Not everyone is going to say things that you agree with or like, but that doesn’t mean you should attack them. You should have learned this in grade school…

As scared as Kesha was, she should have fought her. I was bullied by a fat kid in the sixth grade (he was big and tall and I was very thin…115 at 5’4″). One day the teacher pulled us out into the hallway to talk to us about everything that was going on. I could not take it anymore and I screamed out to the top of my lungs: “I AM TIRED OF YOU!!!!!” and cold-clocked him in the right eye. He shamefully wore that black eye for two weeks and I never even heard a harm word from him. Better yet, this group of mean girls all of a sudden wanted to be my fried.
