PICS: Chanita Foster Charity Concert for a Cause
Former Football Wives star Chanita Foster held a charity concert for her Beyond The Game Foundation at Park Tavern in Atlanta on Wednesday night. Proceeds from the charity will benefit a school built by the foundation in Africa, and to feed children in Africa. Chanita is very civic minded and generous with her wealth and her time. Kudos to her. Celebs in the house included R&B Divas stars KeKe Wyatt, Sylenna Johnson and Nicci Gilbert, RL from the group Next, former reality star Q, Real Houswives of Atlanta star Derek J, music producer Jazze Phae, and more.

Jazze Phae’s girlfriend Pennae is a salon owner in Atlanta. She had an interesting story to tell me when she did my hair last year. Pennae said she suffered a stroke years ago that left her partially paralyzed. She was hospitalized for months, and when she was released from the hospital most of her clients abandoned her. Pennae has come a long way. She rebuilt her clientele list and she was hired as the hair stylist for BET’s The Game on location in Atlanta. Congrats to her!

Yup he is ready to take flight. I saw this 8 month old the other day and she was like running. I was like darn when did she start to walk because she is fast and a very good walker with no help. They said almost 7 months. These new babies they are on a mission so don’t be surprised if he decides to just stand instead of crawling. He is always doing kicks it seems to strengthen his legs.

Its not a bad offer to take up the real estate course and get a broker’s license. One more step in creating a new avenue for you. The real estate market is picking up alot and esp in florida ( at least where I am, not too sure about your area) but just think about it, what do you have to lose? It sounds like a great opportunity.

Read the fine print Fay. Some companies are big on intellectual capital because it’ll benefit them long term. Make sure you are not obligated to work for them for x amount of years after you graduate. There is a company (cant think of the name) that has an employee scholar program but u have to work for them for 3-5 years once you acquire your degree.

Jazze Phae’s girlfriend Pennae is a salon owner in Atlanta. She had an interesting story to tell me when she did my hair last year. Pennae said she suffered a stroke years ago that left her partially paralyzed. She was hospitalized for months, and when she was released from the hospital most of her clients abandoned her. Pennae has come a long way. She rebuilt her clientele list and she was hired as the hair stylist for BET’s The Game on location in Atlanta. Congrats to her!
