Last night, singer Chris Brown recorded a message begging his fans to save his career. It seems the radio stations are still refusing to play his music following his conviction on domestic abuse charges for beating ex-girlfriend Rihanna. Radio stations rightfully banned Brown’s music because of the sheer brutality of the attack and because of his actions afterward.

The lack of radio spins meant his album, Graffiti, which dropped in late 2009, was dead on arrival. The CD has only sold 260,000 copies to date.

What Chris Brown fails to understand is that he can’t put his hands on a woman and then go jet skiing in Florida. He can’t go on the Larry King show in a bow tie acting as if he is the victim. And he can’t blame the victim for making him hit her.

I refuse to post a link to Chris Brown’s pleas to save his career because I want him to go away quietly. I’m not using my blog to spread Chris Brown’s message to the few fans he has left. The time for him to beg forgiveness was the moment before he ran off into the night like a coward after kicking, biting, punching and slapping a defenseless female.

It was the viciousness of the attack that we can’t forgive. Buh bye, Chris.
