Singer Ciara shows off her curves as she exits a parking structure in Beverly Hills, CA yesterday. Ciara, 25, was seen leaving her doctor's office where she picked up a prescription. The sexy singer tweeted that she was had a bout with laryngitis last week. As usual she looked very stylish in tight jeans, boots and her long locks flowing. Yesssss!

It won't be long before Ciara replaces Rihanna as the "IT" black girl in Hollywood. Ci Ci happily posed with fans before leaving in her custom black jeep.

Rapper Foxy Brown, 32, was among the C and D-list celebs attending BET's Rip the Runway 2011 at The Hammerstein Ballroom in NYC on Saturday (Feb.26). Also in attendance was singer Miguel and rapper Fabolous, who looked so out-of-place amongst the trannies and cross dressers who found fame on reality TV shows and on the Internet.

This is what passes for quality entertainment these days.

Gorgeous singer Kelly Rowland showed a little leg while getting out of her limo in Milan, Italy yesterday. That MCM pouchette is ca-yute!

While we're on the subject of formerly down low celebs kicking open the closet door (see: Chris Brown is Officially Gay), troubled musician Kanye West had a coming out party of sorts yesterday on his Twitter page. He nonchalantly tweeted about his boyfriend problems for all of his followers to see. His next tweet was "Stay positive." I'm sure this revelation will open up new doors for Kanye since the music industry is practically ran by gay men who will appreciate Yeezy's openness and candor. Welcome to the family Yeezy!

No one can ever accuse singer Chris Brown of being a down-to-earth, humble kind of guy. This drama queen does more to attract attention to himself than Sean Combs or Rihanna! Brown, 22, follows in the footsteps of his ex-girlfriend by dying his buzz cut hairdo bottle blonde. Brown tweeted the pic to his Twitter followers with the caption: "look at me now." What else will Brown do for attention this week?

Speaking of attention, remember when another website leaked those photos of Rihanna's battered face last week? Well, Brown took to his Twitter page to whine and complain that the pictures were released to sabotage his album which is due to drop next month.

How narcissistic of him. Brown later deleted the tweet.

Willow Smith's 2nd single off her debut Roc Nation album, entitled "21st Century Girl", is already a flop judging from a sample of blogs that reviewed the track. I didn't listen to it because 10-year-old brats who sing off-key don't appeal to me. Willow will perform her new single on Oprah's All-Time Smartest, Most Talented Kids special tomorrow (Mar. 1). Willow will join other children who Oprah has deemed the smartest and most talented -- of course they're all white. There's no such thing as talented and smart black kids in Oprah's world unless their parents are wealthy A-listers.

Last night while you were asleep, singers Ciara, 25, and Rihanna, 23, engaged in a war of tweets on the enormously popular social networking website. Everyone got in on the action, including gossip blogger Perez Hilton and singer Monica, who was attending the LA Clippers vs. LA Lakers basketball game with her family at the time.

Ciara got the party started by metaphorically snatching Rihanna's wig off on national television. Ci Ci, who was a guest on E! Online's "Fashion Police", was critiquing red carpet fashion disasters with comedian Joan Rivers. After Joan ripped apart Rihanna's outfit that she wore to the 2011 Brit Awards, Ci Ci recalled how she bumped into Rihanna at a recent party.

"She wasn't the nicest," said Ciara. "It's crazy because I've always loved and respected what she's done with fashion. And I've ran into her before. But this time it was just really... it wasn't the... most pleasant run-in, so..."

Before she could complete her sentence, Rivers shouted "A BITCH!," as the audience laughed.

Rihanna, who never strays far from Twitter because she always has to know what everyone's saying about her, took to her Twitter page and tweeted:

@Rihanna: "My bad ci, did I 4get to tip u? #howrudeofme"

To which Ciara responded with a veiled threat:

@Ciara: "Trust me Rhianna u dont want to see me on or off the stage"

Rihanna quickly followed up with these tweets:

@Rihanna: "U gangsta huh? Haaa"

@Rihanna: "Good luck with bookin that stage u speak of"

At that point, celebrity blogger Perez Hilton and singer Monica took Rihanna and Ciara's sides respectively, with Mo tweeting for Ciara to call her ASAP.

After Rihanna apologized, Perez urged Ciara to accept Rihanna's apology, "Or stay petty and less successful."

Both Ciara and Joan Rivers echoed the sentiments of many industry insiders who say Rihanna is not nice.

The truth is, Rihanna is spiraling out of control and even Rihanna's record label doesn't know what to do with her these days.

I was told by a source that a meeting was called by the higher ups at Def Jam's offices, including Chairman and CEO LA Reid. The subject of the meeting was regaining control of the damaged public image of their temperamental artist. At issue were the rampant rumors of Rihanna's self-harming behaviors, including random sex with male and female groupies.

The meeting ended with everyone in the room concluding that there was nothing they could do to rescue her public image since Rihanna would only end up trashing it again -- as she did last night on Twitter.

Recently I told you that a Def Jam exec reached out to with an offer to join Rihanna on tour for a behind-the-scenes exclusive from a blogger's perspective. But I politely declined.

I declined the offer due to all the horror stories that I'd heard about Rihanna's terrible attitude and how she mistreats the people close to her.

After I declined to go out on the road with Rihanna, an unnamed Def Jam exec offers to fly me to LA just for the weekend to surprise Rihanna since she loves so much.

In this clip I politely decline an offer from the Def Jam exec to go out on the road with Rihanna.

Ironically, Rihanna now finds herself in the same predicament that Ciara was in years ago when she destroyed her public image while riding high off her "Goodies" fame. At the time, industry insiders said some of the same things about her that they are now saying about Rihanna's attitude.

But insiders now say that Ciara has humbled herself considerably and her career is now on the rebound as a result. Maybe Ciara can give Rihanna some tips on how to humble herself as Ci Ci passes her on the way back to the top.

U.S. President Barack Obama, who calls himself a Christian when it benefits him to do so, has come under attack from the most unlikeliest of foes: the black church.

The Rev. Anthony Evans, who heads the National Black Church Initiative -- a coalition of 34,000 black churches -- is blasting President Barack Obama’s decision to stop defending the Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA).

The Rev. notes that Obama "has violated the Christian faith" by failing to uphold Jesus’ teaching that marriage is between a man and a woman.

DOMA was signed into law in September, 1996 by then President Bill Clinton. The law is intended to uphold and preserve the sanctity of marriage between a man and woman.

Gays, (and other special interest groups) who make up a substantial portion of the left-wing voting bloc, say the law is unconstitutional. Not surprisingly Obama, who was opposed to gay marriage until it came time for him to seek reelection, agrees with them.

Obama's new stance has angered the Rev. Evans who says black churches must "reassess their extraordinary support for him."

34,000 black churches probably won't put a dent in Obama's chances to win reelection. Not unless Rev. Evans and his coalition of churches are able to rally the millions of black, non-churchgoing Kool Aid drinkers to join their protest.

I'm not surprised that black people have soured on Obama after years of drinking the Kool aid. Would it be appropriate for me to pause here and say that I told you so?

Old as sin rapper/producer Dr. Dre finally released this music video for "I Need a Doctor" today featuring Eminem & Skylar Gray. This is the 2nd single off Dre's much-hyped Detox album that was scheduled to drop decades ago. The song is wack, but the visuals remind me of Kanye West's critically acclaimed "Runaway" mini movie. Dre's raps sounds like he was swigging a 40 ounce and smoking some chronic in the booth. He insults gays in the hopes of sparking controversy that will breathe life into this track. But Dre will need a doctor to bring his career back to life if the rest of the album sounds like this crap.

Thanks: Karen

Ciara can't sing to save her life (Bless her heart). But with that bangin' body, she certainly has a career in modeling or at the very least, as a video vixen. Ci Ci took that first step toward her goal by appearing on an episode of 'Fashion Police' on E! Entertainment TV with Joan Rivers.

Ciara couldn't wait to update her loyal Stans with this tweet on her Twitter page yesterday.

The episode airs tonight at 10:30 p.m. EST.
