A Virginia man was arrested after he left his 1-year-old twins alone in a car while he had sex with a woman in a nearby building.
Juan Munfort, 27, was charged with two counts of felony child endangerment and indecent exposure after police, responding to a complaint, discovered the twins in a parked car with the windows rolled down.
“We went around to the back of the duplex and discovered a male and a female engaging in sexual intercourse,” Prince George Police Capt. Brian Kei told CBS 6 reports. “At that point they [police] made contact with the individual who identified himself as the father of the two twins.”
The woman, who is not the mother of the babies, was released at the scene but also charged with indecent exposure.
As a precaution, the twins were evaluated at a local hospital then placed in child protective custody.
Munfort will sit in jail for at least the remainder of the week.
“There have been so many child deaths in vehicles and parents not paying attention,” said a neighbor who called in the complaint to police. “It would be on my conscience.”

Anne Arundel County Police say 67-year-old Dwight McGinnis Jr. of Raleigh, North Carolina, was charged with vulnerable adult neglect.
Officers received a 911 call about 6:35 p.m. Monday about the woman in the truck. Police say the woman, who uses a wheelchair, was alone with no food or water. The truck had arrived at the Maryland Live! Casino garage about 1:45 p.m. Officers say the air temperature was 81 degrees.
Authorities say paramedics gave the woman water and found that she was not in medical distress.
Police contacted the woman’s son by cellphone about 7:15 p.m. and he went to the car.

ROCKVILLE, Md (WJZ/AP) –A Maryland couple is accused of keeping their autistic, 22-year-old twin sons locked in a basement room at night with no furniture and only a tiny window for light.
John and Janice Land are facing vulnerable adult abuse and false imprisonment charges and are free on bond, online court records show.
They couldn’t be reached early Tuesday for comment. No phone number is listed for the home, and no defense attorney is listed in online court records.
Montgomery County police went to the couple’s Rockville home Thursday to serve an unrelated search warrant, according to a court document. Once inside, officers allegedly saw a basement room that was locked from the outside with a dead bolt. When an officer opened the door, the twin boys were found inside.
Both parents allegedly told police their sons were non-verbal and have run away in the past. Police say John Land acknowledged he installed the deadbolt on one door and a padlock on a second door to ensure the boys did not get out of the room. Police say he told them he locks his sons in the room from about 10 p.m. to 4:45 a.m.
Police say the room contained no furniture and smelled strongly of urine. Police say the one light in the room did not function and was covered up and the one small window was not large enough for the men to fit through in an emergency.
Police say John Land told them they boys’ furniture was removed recently because the boys had soiled it. The boys’ mother said they intended to purchase new furniture when they could save up the money, police said.
Police did not say in a court document if John Land said how long he had been locking the boys in, but Janice Land allegedly told police the boys had been using the room as their bedroom for the past six years and the deadbolt was there when they moved in. Her husband said she was aware the twins were locked in the room, but she denied any knowledge that the men were locked in.
John and Janice Land were released last Friday after payment of a $75,000 (for John Land) and a $50,000 bond (for Janice Land). The victims remain in protective custody. The investigation is continuing.

I agree with you both. My BFF doctor had her get off her BC at 30. Told her it will take her body about a year to get it out of her system completely. I know there are women who stop and the next month get pregnant and have healthy children (so far
