A determined process server was among the throng waiting for America’s power couple Kanye West and Kim Karsdashian as they returned to the U.S. after spending a few days in Armenia.
Kanye and Kim wanted their infant daughter, North West, to see her deceased grandfather’s homeland and to get baptized.
Upon their return to LAX on Thursday, Kanye, with baby Nori in his arms, sprinted to their waiting limo SUV.
In addition to the paparazzi trailing him, a process server was also close on his heels. The breathless process server called out Kanye’s name several times, but Kanye kept going.
The hapless process server did manage to toss the lawsuit papers into the SUV as Kanye jumped inside.
The papers were thrown to the wind as the SUV’s doors closed, but in most jurisdictions you’re served if the process server drops the papers at your feet.

I am on the fence about the teacher/mom incident. If you know for a FACT that the teacher hit your child, I am not 100% sure I am gone wait to get the police involved. On the other hand, it does set a bad example for the child. Fighting is not the answer.

well now Annika is gon be charged, tried and convicted of assault…to what degree depends on how nasty the prosecutor and victim want to be. as an adult, I like to get all the facts before responding in anger. all this does is paint Annika and her daughter as the aggressors so that even if the teacher did touch her daughter she can say it was in defense of the child hitting her…look at how her mother acted, blah, blah, blah. unfortunately, Annika has set her/her daughter up to be on the wrong side of it legally, and in the end that’s where it matters most.
I’m not defending the teacher or saying the mother didn’t have a right to be angry; but she only made the situation much worse for herself and her child in the long run.
UF- I made them. I used zucchini and I bought this Vegetti that makes spiral out of the zucchini. It was really yummy. We like spaghetti squash too. I make that with rice, and black beans with a dash of liquid aminos. Yummy.

Did y’all see the video of a principal refusing to return a girl’s iPhone 6 to her father, but offered to give him a flip phone? She said the girl violated school policy and they had to hold it for a few weeks and after that they would return it. In cases of emergencies they would allow the child to use the flip phone. The parent apparently called the police and they weren’t much help either.

I can see where they are coming from honestly cause some parents are foolish/childish…but then again at least give me the benefit of the doubt that I will handle my child if he kept violating the rules. Honestly, if my child kept fukkin up at school about his phone, he would get one of them Dollar General track phones and I’d have me a back up. He only need it to call me/dad/anyone as necessity anyways.

Like I said. I can see the school’s POV, it’s a distraction/disruption of class; have the maturity to turn it off during class and stow it away in your bag/pocket (since mufukkas is breaking into lockers and shit these days). But keeping a piece of personal property that costs that much for that amount of time, I’m on the fence with that.
