Good communication (verbal and physical) are keys to boost pleasure during vaginal penetration.

A recent study of more than 3,000 women, ages 18 to 93, revealed what women do to increase their pleasure during sex.

According to Yahoo News, the study focused on vaginal penetration, and the majority of respondents were heterosexual.

90% of respondents say they shift their hips or raise their pelvis during sex so the penis hits all four walls.

Another 76% of women said they make their vaginal penetration more pleasurable by rocking their hips, so the base of the penis rubs against the clitoris inside the vagina, rather than thrusting in and out.

70% of the women said they use "pairing," which refers to the woman or her partner reaching down to stimulate the clitoris (with a finger or sex toy) during penetration.

Divorce rates have spiked in America during the Covid-19 lockdowns. The divorce rate, normally the highest in the world, is 34 percent higher from March through June compared to 2019, according to the NY Post.

One Texas school teacher hoped a new lesson would help change the relationship dynamics between males and females that lead to higher divorce rates.

Titled "Rules for Chivalry", the class assignment teaches young students how to be proper ladies and gentlemen.

The rules for girls include "dress in a feminine manner to please men", "address all men respectfully by title" and "obey any reasonable request by a male".

Additionally, girls are instructed to "walk behind men", not to "criticize men" or "complain or whine".

There were also a set of rules for boys, instructing them to "dress in jackets and ties or suits", "treat ladies with respect", "show courtesy and assist women", assist ladies to seat themselves at a table, and "pay for all expenses during dates".

These rules are routinely taught to children in other cultures where the divorce rates are significantly lower than in America.

Despite the fact that the rules have proven effective in other cultures, the class was canceled due to the fierce public backlash.

The Shallowater school district released a statement saying the assignment "does not reflect our district and community values. The matter has been addressed with the teacher, and the assignment was removed."

Viola Davis and her husband have a secret that makes their marriage stronger: they take a bath together "every night".

The Ma Rainey's Black Bottom star and her spouse, Julius Tennon, make sure to make time for one another every morning and every night, when they share a relaxing soak in their jacuzzi and their bathtub.

"We have together time every single morning when we get in the jacuzzi and we have together time every night 'cause we get in the tub together. And we soak in the tub and we talk. Sometimes he falls asleep with his mouth open!" she told People magazine.

Viola, 55, even treats her 66-year-old husband to her skincare routine.

"I give him facials. And we just chat, chat, chat, and he's just really sweet. Every single day we do that," she smiled.

Meanwhile, the Fences star - who shares nine-year-old adopted daughter Genesis with Julius - previously revealed the secret to a long-lasting marriage is all "about the everyday".

She said:

"I think that, that's what people forget when they fall in love with someone and it's exciting. You have to get back to the everyday – the taking the garbage out, the cooking, the cleaning – and it's something that I think really works with me and my husband. Every day is like a date."

Atlanta socialite Marjorie Harvey must be disappointed in her daughter, Lori Harvey, after the 22-year-old broke every rule she taught her about dating.

Rapper Future Hendrix publicly claimed Lori in a series of social media posts over the holiday weekend. In one post he revealed they were on holiday together in Dubai.

Future, 36, has a reputation for wooing the ladies and impregnating at least seven of them.

Lori also has built a reputation for herself as a Hollywood "pass-around", aka a loose woman who dates only wealthy men with influence and power.

In a throwback video from 2015 Marjorie gave her daughter valuable advice about respecting herself and saving her goodies for the right man.

"I know you just started dating this year," said Marjorie to then-18-year-old Lori. "No athletes, no rappers. We gonna come up with a list."

Marjorie told her daughter: "Don't ever try to fit in when God has clearly created you to stand out and always be a lady." She added: "And understand YOU are the prize. Don't give yourself to anybody that is not going to be your husband."

Unfortunately, Lori didn't listen.

Lori has dated music mogul Sean "Diddy" Combs, 50, after briefly shagging his son, trust fund kid Justin Combs, 25. She has also dated bisexual singer Trey Songs, 35, and she was briefly engaged to Dutch soccer star Memphis Depay, 25.

This post explores the effects of "Dopamine" on the human brain when two people are initially intensely attracted to each other. It's easy for 2 people to believe they are "in love" during this initial exciting phase. Unfortunately, the excitement phase doesn't last.

Russell and Ciara Wilson

Ciara Wilson hit back at critics who dragged her for attempting to share her knowledge of being content with Self Love on Instagram.com.

The retired singer-turned-housewife took to Instagram.com on Saturday to share her intimate knowledge on finding love -- within yourself.

The Dopamine has faded, and now Ciara realizes that -- married or not -- the Love she so eagerly craved all her life was within her all this time.

What's wrong with that message? It's a beautiful come to Jesus moment. Too bad CiCi's IG followers are too immature (or dense) to grasp what she was trying to say.
