B. Smyth’s 2 singles prior to “Twerkoholic”, “Leggo” and “Win Win” featured rappers 2 Chainz and Future respectively, but B. Smyth didn’t want a feature on this song so he could stand alone as a new artist paving his way and path in the business.

Chris Brown’s misdemeanor assault trial in D.C. has been delayed again, Hiphopenquirer.com reports.

Brown┬╣s trial was delayed until June 25th because his bodyguard, Christopher Hollosy, invoked his 5th amendment right against self-incrimination and refused to testify on Brown’s behalf until he is sentenced that same day.

According to gossip tabloid TMZ, rappers are offering up to $100,000 for bottles of Promethazine and Codeine cough syrup, otherwise known as Phenergan-Codeine (with a prescription) or “Sizzurp” and Purple Drank on the streets.

Actavis, the makers of Phenergan-Codeine cough syrup, are fed up with rappers and wannabes like Lil Wayne and Justin Bieber abusing their product for cheap highs.

Lil Wayne was sidelined last year with seizures — a known side effect of Codeine abuse.

The three couples and a lesbian widow filed a federal lawsuit challenging the ban that prevents homosexual marriages from taking place in Georgia.

The plaintiffs include two Atlanta men who are raising a 9-year-old boy together.

An adorable baby is now an Internet sensation all because he favors superstar singer/songwriter John Legend.

It all started this morning when the infant’s aunt, Rahel, Tweeted a photo of her nephew with the caption: “My nephew looks like John Legend lol.” Black Twitter soon noticed her Tweet, and before you knew it, the little tykes face was trending on Twitter.com.
