Medical Minute: Braxton Hicks Contractions
A source close to Keyshia Cole reached out to Sandrarose.com exclusively today to inform us that “Keyshia is fine.” The source said Keyshia is not in a hospital and she did not have a baby last night.
Rampant rumors that Keyshia went into labor last night spread across the Internet, and by this morning, the rumor mongers claimed Keyshia had delivered a baby boy.
“Not true,” said the source who indicated that Keyshia may have experienced Braxton Hicks contractions, which are normal during the last few weeks of pregnancy.
For a first time mom like Keyshia, Braxton Hicks contractions can feel like she’s going into labor.
Braxton Hicks contractions are a tightening of the uterine walls for one or two hours as the uterus prepares to give birth. The contractions can also be caused by the growing baby impinging on a full bladder. So urinating can sometimes ease the symptoms.
Adequate hydration (drinking plenty of water) can relieve the symptoms. Also, breathing exercises and lying on the left side can ease the pain of Braxton hicks contractions.
Active movement (such as exercising) will relieve Braxton Hicks contractions whereas it won’t with real labor contractions.

SHOCKER: Keri Hilson Shows Her Azz Onstage!
If singer/songwriter Keri Hilson was trying to bring attention to herself, it worked! Everybody’s talking about her shocking attire at yesterday’s Pepsi Jam Fan concert in Miami, Florida. Keri sauntered onstage wearing a shirt/dress thingy with NO panties underneath!
One male music exec in Miami called me to say Keri has changed her style and he very much appreciates her new look! “She’s has a sexy body,” he said.
Rumors continue to swirl that Keri is bisexual and carrying on a torrid romance with a close female friend who is married with children. The woman sometimes travels with Keri’s entourage and is said to be in Miami with her now.
But a source close to Keri’s camp denies the rumors. She says Keri is still in love with her longtime boyfriend whom she’s known since high school. “Unless they broke up within the last two months, they’re still together,” said the insider. The friend said Keri might have been instructed to keep her boyfriend out of the limelight which helped spark the bisexual rumors.
It’s interesting to note that Keri has not denied the rumors either via her PR or on her Twitter page.
Keyshia Cole Did Not Go Into Labor
There is no confirmation that R&B singer Keyshia Cole went into labor or experienced labor pains last night. Anyone who has had a baby knows it is too early — Keyshia’s due date is next month.
Rumors that Keyshia had gone into labor and delivered a baby boy last night spread like wildfire across the Internet fueled by incorrect information posted on social networking website Twitter.com yesterday evening during the Heat vs. Cavs game on TNT.
Keyshia’s fiance, Daniel “Boobie” Gibson, who plays for the Cleveland Cavaliers, was late getting to the arena for last night’s game, prompting speculation that he was at the hospital with Keyshia who was about to give birth.

Since you state you two are associates and she is “about to blow”, i think it would be a great idea to do a write up on her. Other than her being an attractive woman, those not in The A (i think I can speak for a large enough portion of your readers) do not know anything about this new talent.
