Stan Says Justin Bieber Fathered Her Baby

It never ceases to amaze us the lengths that crazed Stans will go to meet their favorites or to get the stars to notice them.

Rather than stalk teen pop sensation Justin Bieber — which can get expensive since he travels extensively — a 20-year-old California woman came up with a not so ingenious way to bring Justin to her.

The woman found a gullible lawyer to file a paternity suit against the 17-year-old “Baby” star claiming he knocked her up backstage at a concert last year.

The woman, who was 19 at the time, said she met Justin after he ordered a bodyguard to fetch her from the audience. Meanwhile, Justin located a romantic spot on a shelf in a bathroom where he proceeded to have intercourse with her raw, because, as she claims, he wanted to “feel everything” his first time.

Jackson’s assistant says Murray asked him for ride back to mansion to remove bleaching cream

Michael Jackson’s personal assistant took the witness stand on the second day of Conrad Murray’s involuntary manslaughter trial in Los Angeles.

Michael Amir Williams testified that Jackson’s former doctor called him frantically on the morning of June 25, 2009 begging him to send help for Jackson, who lay dying in the bedroom of a rented Holmby Hill mansion.

“He said, ‘Get here right away, Mr. Jackson had a bad reaction. Get somebody up here immediately,”’ Williams said.

Williams testified that he called Jackson’s bodyguard, Alberto Alvarez, who was outside, and told him to get up to the 2nd floor bedroom to check on Jackson.

Williams said Jackson had previously given strict orders that only Jackson and the children were allowed on the 2nd floor of the mansion.

“I told [Alvarez], ‘I don’t know what’s going on, but you have to go inside the house,’” said Williams. “I remember him walking, and I said, ‘Are you there, yet.’ He said, ‘No.’ I said, ‘Well run, hurry.‘”

Prosecution plays recording of Jackson slurring his words

The defense in the manslaughter trial of Michael Jackson’s former personal physician says the 50-year-old pop star drugged himself with the sedative Propofol while Dr. Conrad Murray was out of the room. Jackson died of cardiac arrest on June 25, 2009.

The defense contends that Jackson killed himself, and that Murray was unaware that his patient swallowed a cocktail of drugs, including a dose of the anesthetic, which is not made to be swallowed.

But the prosecution played an audio of Michael Jackson slurring his speech on May 10, 2009. The audio was recorded on Dr. Murray’s iPhone while Jackson was under the heavy influence of unknown drugs.

The prosecution says Dr. Murray was fully aware of how drugged Jackson was a month before he died. Yet the doctor continued to administer potentially deadly drugs to Jackson.

“When people leave my show, I want them to say, ‘I’ve never seen nothing like this in my life,’ ” Jackson said on the audio.

Jackson’s mother, Katherine Jackson, bit her lip and wiped away tears as the recording of Jackson slurring his words played in the courtroom.

Murray is charged with involuntary manslaughter and administering a lethal dose of the surgical anesthetic propofol.

T.I. IS FREE! (well, not quite)

According to gossip blog TMZ, T.I. was released from an Atlanta federal lock up back to the same halfway house where staffers snitched on him to the feds about his reality TV series.

As you know, the bureau of prisons sent T.I. back to prison on September 2nd for breaking their rules regarding contact with the public while in transit on a luxury bus from an Arkansas facility to the halfway house in Atlanta.

T.I.’s lawyer, Steve Sadow, tells TMZ, “We have good reason to believe that this favorable result was reached because of the proactive and assertive approach taken to protect T.I.’s rights by providing B.O.P. officials and the media with reliable and accurate information and that T.I. did not intend to violate his transfer furlough or any other B.O.P. rules en route from the prison facility in Arkansas to the halfway house in Atlanta.”

Sadow adds, “T.I. will be released from custody on Sept. 29, and then will be supervised by the U.S. Probation Office for a period of 1 year.”

Hopefully T.I. can put this sorry chapter of his life behind him and get back to doing what he does best.

Tiny: T.I. is the victim of a personal vendetta

Rapper T.I.’s wife, Tameka “Tiny” Harris, spoke to TMZ.com about the unfair way her husband is being treated by the feds.

“It’s important that the world know how unfair he’s being treated on such minor charges — all because he’s T.I.,” Tiny told TMZ.

CNN obtained copies of bureau of prisons documents which detail the reasons T.I. was removed from an Atlanta halfway house last week and taken to the U.S. Penitentiary on Boulevard in southeast Atlanta to serve out his sentence.

According to the documents, T.I.’s wife, his manager and two unauthorized VH1 producers accompanied the rapper on the luxury bus that transported T.I. to Atlanta from a federal facility in Arkansas.

The feds allege that the men discussed the VH1 reality show and a book, which violates the rules.

According to Tiny, T.I. is the victim of a vicious double standard — “There are way more dangerous and carefree [celebrities] that get slapped on the wrist and sent on their way.”

Tiny adds, “Our family needs [him] … and because of someone’s personal vendetta against him, we have to watch our kids’ sad faces everyday when he still doesn’t show up at home.”

T.I.’s legal team has presented new information to the bureau of prisons that they hope will expedite T.I.’s release from the minimum security section of the prison and allow him to return to the halfway house. His official release date is September 29.
