Halle Berry’s string of bad luck with her baby daddies continue. She will pay $8,000 a month in child support for her son, Maceo, with ex-husband Olivier Martinez.

The Oscar-winning actress will share joint custody of Maceo, 9, with Olivier.

Halle and Olivier, both 57, met on the set of the action thriller movie Dark Tide in 2012. They were married in a private ceremony in France in July 2013.

They announced their divorce in 2015 and it was finalized this week.

Halle is ordered to pay Olivier nearly $8,000 in monthly child support, according to court documents filed Tuesday and obtained by Fox News Digital.

She will also pay Olivier 4.3% on any income she earns that exceeds $2 million annually.

Olivier will have regular visitation with his son, who lives in California with Halle.

Halle is responsible for their son’s private school tuition, 100% of his extracurricular activities and his medical care.

The French actor is a doting dad who frequently spends quality time with his son.

According to Fox News Digital, Maceo will split his time between both parents during the week and will alternate weekends, except for certain holidays.

He’s allowed one phone or video call with the other parent before bed, for no longer than 15 minutes, according to the custody agreement obtained by Fox News Digital.

Halle and Olivier must refrain from bad-talking each other in front of the child.

For his part, Olivier is required to make a “reasonable” effort to find a job so he can contribute something for Maceo.

Last year, Halle convinced a judge to lower her $16,000 a month child support payments to her daughter’s father, Gabriel Aubry, after she argued that the payments were “extortion.”

The judge lowered Halle’s payments to $8,000 a month for the 15-year-old high school student.
