Radar Online is reporting Justin Combs will never suit up again for the UCLA Bruins. The 21-year-old redshirt Junior was a defensive back who practiced daily with the squad -- until his father, hip hop mogul Sean "Puffy" Combs was charged with felony assault for throwing a kettlebell at an assistant coach.

Radar Online is reporting Justin was sacked from the team on Tuesday -- just hours after his famous father posted bond and walked out of the UCLA campus jail.

Witnesses say Combs, who attended practice once a week, was upset with strength and conditioning Coach Sal Alosi for "disrespecting" Justin and throwing him out of practice.

A UCLA Bruins player told Radar, "We were working out in a warm up line and Justin was in front. He did something incorrectly and Coach Alosi [seen here] yelled at him, saying 'You're never in the front of the line, go to the back of the line.’”

The player said, "Justin was shaking his head saying 'You're tripping and over-reacting,' and that made the coach mad.”

So strength and conditioning coach Sal Alosi "yelled at him, 'You're done for the rest of the season, go work out with your dad's personal trainer!’” the source claimed.

The source said Justin missed too many mandatory team practices and claimed he was working out with his father's personal trainer.

After he was kicked out of practice Justin ran home to tell his father who rushed down to the facility and confronted Alosi in the locker room after practice. Combs became irate when Alosi, who was on his cell phone, told Combs to wait one minute.

Alosi reportedly told Justin he would speak to him but Combs had to leave his office -- which made Combs even angrier.

Alosi put his arms up in a defensive gesture when Combs allegedly walked into his hand. "Don't put your hands on me," Combs allegedly warned Alosi.

A Hollywood insider said Combs hates to lose at anything. The 45-year-old father-of-5 gradually grew frustrated over his son's lack of playing time.

The insider said Combs is that dad who is overprotective of his pampered son.

"Coaches yell during practice," the insider told Sandrarose.com. "That's why you send your kids away to college… If he doesn't coaches yelling at Justin he should keep him at home."

Radar's source said Head Coach Jim Mora “hasn't been impressed with Justin as a player." He said, "Justin was recruited by previous coach Rick Neuheisel, and Mora probably would never have offered him a spot on the team. Justin just doesn't have the size to make an impact on the field."

Mora hired a new coaching staff who didn't have the same respect for Combs that the old coach had. As a result, Justin has only played in seven games in three seasons.

"Justin isn't the first person to get thrown out of practice. But Justin just doesn't have the gift for football really," the Bruins player told Radar.

Was he even good enough to be on the team anyway? Wasn't he more like a benchwarmer?

    • Rayne

      Priveledged folks problems.

    • ShelbyMoore

I'm with the coach. Puffy thinks his son is better than he actually is. Dude is like 4'10, he truly can't run anyone over, or stop anyone on the field. How are you going to miss practice and then say you were with your father's personal trainer...really? Really? Why are you on the "team" then...go work out with the personal trainer. FOH

    • Wuts got Petty Davis Eyes..

      Im not surprised...

    • SummerBaby

I'm torn on this. So if he was bigger & a better athlete they would have kept him? I feel bad for Justin especially if this was his dream.

    • iWasteTime

Bench warmers don't get scholarships; especially with well off parent.
Coach should not have put his father in the conversation.
What do you mean by "go work out with your fathers trainers"? Are you mad, Mr. Coach that he has trainers to work out with? Are you mad that you put YOURSELF out the NFL and taking it out on these young adults. What did he say to them when no one but staff was around and was it considered acceptable?

    • HoneyyGoodMoneyy_

Wait.. I thought he was a good player ? No?

    • SummerBaby

Coaches most def yell during practice, but some are downright disrespectful.

    • http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=037EgQ9Lvps harley_quinn21

If it was his dream it didn't sound like he was taking it seriously if he's missing mandatory practice.

    • ShelbyMoore

Pretty easy to get a full scholarship if your parent is wealthy...you bring money to the school (and in Puffy's case, celebrity). Schools are always looking for new wings to add on to their schools. Rich people thinking: I'll buy my son a scholarship and make him think he's special.

    • ShelbyMoore

Exactly...you work with your personal trainer on your time, not during your mandatory practices....rich people mentality. Then expect not to be called out on it.

    • SummerBaby

True! My kids always played sports, but one hates practice. Only wanted to show up to games. Naturally I made sure a practice was never missed. ??

    • Buttercup

I'm with you. How do I get the emoticons?

    • SummerBaby

I most definitely think Justin was having a case of rich folk privilege.

    • iWasteTime

      I thought so too.
Yesterday Sandra said that he didn't play in games, but played in very few games in the same comment. She called him a red shirt Junior up top and ION they made those

    • AllmylifeIhadtofight

This is funny considering now reports are saying UCLA coaching staff wants the cops to drop charges and they didn't want this to escalate but an intern called the cops. Something in the coffee ain't stirred right..

    • ShelbyMoore

Ion know why people always wanna feel sorry for the rich. Rich people have a "I'm better than you poor people" mentality, especially when they were born in wealth. Like, how do you not show up at mandatory practices? Like, how do you tell your coach you're going to work out with your personal trainer, rather than the team? If you want to be a part of the "team", I feel, money or no money, you should all be treated equally.

    • SummerBaby

They probably got offered a nice pay off. ?

    • iWasteTime

      OF course they do

Rick Neuheisel was the coach who originally recruited Diddy’s son, Justin Combs, to UCLA. His son, Jerry, is a quarterback and expert videobomber on the Bruins football team. If anyone could give us some interesting details surrounding the Diddy – Sal Alosi incident, it’s Neuheisel. Luckily, he co-hosts a daily radio program on SiriusXM College Sports Nation.

According to Neuheisel – via CoachingSearch – Justin Combs skipped some “discretionary” workouts to have private workouts with his father’s personal trainer. When he showed up on campus, he was a little out of shape and was sent home. That’s when Diddy showed up in Alosi’s office. UCLA wasn’t going to press charges, but campus security saw the video and now here we are.
      ----
Also the old coach recruited him, but the new coach was hired thereafter. It was the new coach who decided to keep him.

    • AllmylifeIhadtofight

Well I was speculating on the last part... They just said a man doing work at his house. Said he pistol whipped the man and wouldn't let him leave.

    • whitty hutton

Yeah coaches yell and some are disrespectful. Swallow that shyt and keep it moving. If he can't take a coach's harsh words, then he needs to go home to his pappy and stay there.

I had coaches yell at us, curse, etc and yes I got mad but I channeled that anger into being a better athlete. Most coaches will tell you that if they didn't give a damn about you then they wouldn't say shyt to you. Sounds like the coach was tryna give his entitled ass a reality check about committing and being accountable, and instead of his sorry ass pappy staying out of it, he cosigned the poor behavior.

    • whitty hutton

Exactly...and that's why Justin is the whoose he is. I bet his teammates can barely stand his ass. He was given an opportunity to prove himself and he bytched out, just like his deddy.

    • whitty hutton

Yes they do, especially because of wealthy parents who can add to the university's coffers. Even at the middle and high school level, wealthy kids are given scholarships and top spots on teams simply because of their parents wealth and influence. It's ALWAYS about the money.

And don't think high school coaches, scouts/recruiters, etc. can't be paid to talk up a player with minimal or average skills. It happens all the time, especially in organized sports.

    • https://www.etsy.com/shop/AMarieNaturals Lovezoe

From LA Times: Justin Combs was recruited by former Bruins coach Rick Neuheisel and verbally committed before Mora was hired. But he didn't sign until after Mora was hired, meaning Mora wasn't required to keep this arrangement, but for some reason he did, and now it has almost literally blown up in his strength coach's face.

    • Full Monty

So because his father is rich he shouldn't be allowed to follow his dreams?

    • whitty hutton

It should teach him that if he really wants something, he's gotta truly commit and work really hard even when obstacles ( injuries, asshole coaches, etc) get in the way. He'd have been better off having a stellar practice AFTER the coach's comments, not miss anymore practices, stayed humble and let it work itself out. Coaches detest weakness and will do their best to root it out of you, otherwise they can't trust that you'll push through in a real life situation. Justin's a puss.y and we can cue the fast life/cars/girls in 5-4-3-2...

    • Let Your Soul Glow

But I thought you could choose the "red shirt" option to play an extra year. Meaning he would voluntarily not play at all this coming season and still be eligible for 1 more season.

    • AllmylifeIhadtofight

I got that straight from UCLA website. He was red shirted his first year.

    • Let Your Soul Glow

LOL! Okay. I don't know for sure either. But I think that's what my cousin told me years ago when he played college ball. It would make sense though.

    • Di Ana

Yes, and your mama or pops instructs you on what to do. Not have your parents come up there and handle a situation that was not extreme to begin with.

    • Let Your Soul Glow

Ohhhhh...I didn't think you could red shirt more than once in your college career. So that would make him being redshirted now not accurate. I don't know, I don't do college sports.

    • whitty hutton

Not when it came to sports. My parents would a hung the phone up in my damn face calling home talmbout "coach yelled at me and said blah, blah, blah..."

Parents woulda been like, "You wanna play, right? Then that's part of it so deal with it. Keep yo head up, work hard and it'll work out. You always have the option to do something else if this isn't for you."

    • NakeyaJ Valued Rose since 2011

I'm not sure how extreem it was or was not. But I have had my momma come up to the school before. so....

    • https://www.etsy.com/shop/AMarieNaturals Lovezoe

I do t think that's it. I think when it dunes to sports, everyone should have the same regard.

    • AllmylifeIhadtofight

Funny my quote came from LA Times article from yesterday... Article titled "As a football player, Justin Combs has been shadowed by his last name" 7th paragraph. No lies to tell.

    • NakeyaJ Valued Rose since 2011

SO if said coach was in fact mistreating you, and was doing the complete wrong thing, they still don't wanna hear it? IJS. I don't have the answers.

    • Lulu

And therein lies his problem. ..

    • whitty hutton

He wasn't mistreating him. And unless he assaulted Justin (threw him to the ground, spot on him, etc) then a VERBAL tongue lashing is not mistreating him. Like I said, getting yelled/cursed at by coaches is par for the course. If you as the parent can't handle it, then put your child in art classes. I don't have the answers either, just my two cents.

    • https://www.etsy.com/shop/AMarieNaturals Lovezoe

Not in college. There was one incident, housing issue. She handled it with class. ONLY because it was a money issue she was funding. I think you have to teach your kids how to handle situations themselves FIRST. Diddy could have went to the head coach. Discussed his concerns, he thought he Cor do whatever. What If that man was packing? Yelling at my 20 year old wobt get a kettlebell thrown at your head.

    • Let Your Soul Glow

This was my parents. Extra-curricular activities were at my discretion and my parents were supportive, but their main concern was academics. When FAMU told my sister that she couldn't get her degree even though she could prove she had all her credits, my father drove down there, cussed out the dean, and she got her release for graduation the next day. If that had been about sports, ehhh, probably wouldn't have happened.

    • AllmylifeIhadtofight

I understand exactly what you're saying. My bff sister had a full track scholarship and she was always a great student. Track coach was giving her hell more so than anyone else. We told her to suck it up. 3rd year end she wanted to quit track. BFF went up there and had a convo with other students and finally coach. Coach told her she thought her sister was privileged (she aint) and that she didn't like people that were handed everything, she basically said she didn't like the girl cause of what she thought she came from. After investigation the coach azz is at home or coaching little league. Some people go to far..

    • http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=037EgQ9Lvps harley_quinn21

As a young adult, it's common to want advice on handling certain situations. But at that age, I didn't want my parents fighting my battles.

    • Femme404

Right. A gangsta rapper is an oxymoron. Gangstas go to jail, rappers go the studio.

    • AllmylifeIhadtofight

Well it looks like LATimes has a problem with facts.

    • AllmylifeIhadtofight

They need us to fact check for them!

    • Let Your Soul Glow

Nakeya, I think the issue is what is "mistreating?" Your definition may be different from mine because we are two different parents. But kids who play sports on a collegiate level have usually been playing since they were pee-wee leagues, so truly, they should be used to harsh talk from coaches. I wouldn't want you bashing my 6 year old son, but my 20 year old son should be able to handle it.

    • NakeyaJ Valued Rose since 2011

Now yesterday I did say that the kettleball thing is way too much. I don't agree with that AT ALL. But mistreating my 20 year old, I'm calling or coming up to the school (if the school is not out of state or something like that) And yes, you should teach your kids how to handle situtations. My thing is, someone up top said Justin needed to fight his own battles, and while that is true, in college a lot of people are not doing that every time. IJS.

    • Femme404

Not in college, no. But I don't like my parents in my business. Discussion for another day....

    • NakeyaJ Valued Rose since 2011

And that is all I am saying!!!! THis right here!!! Just because it was Diddy and he has millions upon millions, does not mean the coach was not wrong and Diddy should of not said something. Now the kettleball was a huge No. But the rest of it, yes!

    • https://www.etsy.com/shop/AMarieNaturals Lovezoe

What do you define as mistreatment? Yelling. Coaches yell. Watching Friday Night Tykes makes me want to throw a kettlebell. Now if he's being singled out, I would advise my child to follow the chain of conman. The offending coach, head coach, AD.

    • Sassy

At first I thought Diddy was with his hood ish but its suspicious to me how suddenly all these UCLA insiders are coming out with different aspects of the story when initially it was reported that Diddy was watching the practice and he went to the coach after because he was being told that Justin was being treated unfairly because of who Diddy is. I am reserving my judgment till the video comes out in 2 weeks for the court case

    • AllmylifeIhadtofight

I'm clearly in the minority on this and I'm ok with this. Trash talking and riding kids in sports is one thing, but ya'll act like this coach wasn't BANNED from the NFL for tripping a player on the opposing team up. It's easy to trash Diddy because of his persona but hell don't be so judgmental to not take in consideration this Coach may have went above and beyond!

    • Sasha586

He obviously is not very good. You're a junior and you're redshirted? That's unheard of....

    • Let Your Soul Glow

I've only watched a few eps of Friday Night Tykes because of this. Those little boys be giving it their all and their coaches (& some parents) act like it's the NFL!

    • NakeyaJ Valued Rose since 2011

I'm in the minority right with you on this one. Can't win them all. lol . Either way Justin will be ok.

    • https://www.etsy.com/shop/AMarieNaturals Lovezoe

Do you think it's possible the coach changed. A fall from grace may do that.

    • Sassy

But how do we know he was missing practices. There has been many outlets watching that boy as a hawk since he was drafted to UCLA and nothing has been said, suddenly there is an altercation with Diddy and the coach and Justin is being portrayed as a spoiled rich kid when that has never been said before

    • AllmylifeIhadtofight

Are you giving Diddy the same benefit or going off his past?

Sure do. The parents are the worse. Now at that age, Im clothslining a coach.

    • AllmylifeIhadtofight

According to UCLA website he was red shirted his first year. He has stats listed for 2013 and 2014 I posted them.

    • whitty hutton

Exactly. In college, the young adult needs to learn how to resolve conflict by using the appropriate channels. Everybody has a boss and it should start with the student athlete first having a discussion with the coach/professor directly PRIVATELY. If that doesn't work, request a meeting with that person's superior, and up and up. Bring in a parent when it gets to the AD level and above, where finances, scholarships and other factors come into play.

    • AllmylifeIhadtofight

We shall overcome together! We don't have the full picture and the story keeps taking too many turns.

    • NakeyaJ Valued Rose since 2011

See NO! NO! NO! NO!....Just kidding. I have seen coaches and parents really act like that over little kid football. Cussing at the kids and everything. smdh. Thank God my son's coaches for the most part are family, and grown men who know how to act.

    • https://www.etsy.com/shop/AMarieNaturals Lovezoe

When was the last incident this coach had. Diddy was accused in May of hitting someone. I just think it could have been handled better. With Diddy's clout, he could have gotten the dude fired with a threat of the checkbook.

We all know that Diddy has no problem with shaking the ish outta a mofo but I don't think he would jeopardize Justin's position on the team. If that was the case he couldn't bought him a 5 min play time each season

As an anti Puffyinite...My initial response was to laugh at him. However, an angry White man demeaning not only my child, but me as well in public, would indeed enrage me. Especially in this fictional 'post racial' Amerika? You got Devils shooting up prayer service. It's normal to be on edge? Unlike Puff Daddy, I have nothing to prove to spectators. I would have waited. Hired somebody to punch him in the parking lot. You have the funds damnitt, outsource! Now the White man has labeled you as a terrorist, along with all the other names they've labeled you in private? Oh well. Had it been me, his "mistress" would have started calling his wife, his wife's job...There's other things one can do. Non violent things. Meat in the car? There's things?? This system hates us as it is, he would have had no clue why 3 Mexican guys were punching him in the parkinglot. 3 years after the fact at that. I can wait. Vengeance does not have to be immediate? With the Steve Stout incident, this just makes Puffy look emotional. I understand this particular incident though. He just handled it wrong. From a legal stance. I'd have handled it wrong from a legal, and moral stance that kept my hands as clean as possible at the same damn time???????????

    • whitty hutton

Prolly so. His diddy **giggles in hand** tryna live vicariously through him...that's the real issue. Let that boy grow the fukk up and stay away from that damn school. Go to his games but let him learn how to figure shyt out without the hand/money/influence of Diddy always involved.

    • MercifulLove

Sigh... when having money and fame isn't enough. Clearly money doesn't buy love, happiness, or a brain......

    • AllmylifeIhadtofight

Clearly! I'm not upset. I didn't think you were. I thought we were having an intellectual exchange. I'm don't image Diddy or the coach would give a fuqk about me. I don't know either.

    • ShelbyMoore

There's an article that said that he was missing mandatory practices because he had to practice with his father's personal trainer. How could one not tell he was a spoiled rich kid anyway? He's been given everything in his life. He's never worked for anything. I like rich people who actually make their kids work...go out and get there own and they don't get shat until the parent dies.

    • WHITTYwithWORDS

CONSEQUENCES. I bet he embarrassed now. What I tell you, If you ain't the best you CANT be allowing folks to act a fool for you.

    • whitty hutton

A little humiliation ain't never killed nobody, especially in sports. Other than that, I agree wholeheartedly with your opinion, especially handling shyt right LEGALLY. Street credit don't mean shyt in a court of law.

    • Futuredocdonte

Major difference between Following dreams and using your parents influence to get there. If your 5'7 170 lbs you need to be the fastest person on the field. He's not. He's not showing the dedication of someone who should be working twice as hard. He isn't even coming to conditioning telling the coach that he's using his father's personal trainer. Dreams or no dreams - he isn't big enough or TALENTED enough to be out there

SO now they are reporting that Diddy has bruses and can prove it was self defence and that the coach started the whole thing (the physical part), and that's why UCLA wants the cops to drop the charges. SOmething is not clean in the milk. If these charges do in fact get dropped, we will see what the real deal was.

    • AllmylifeIhadtofight

      Smh

    • whitty hutton

If he can't handle the coach getting in his ass about missing practice, then he don't need to have his thin-skinned ass out there.

Agree to disagree. We're obviously on different sides of this.

    • Hugga Bunch

When Diddy was in college he was busy chasing paper, so I'm sure he missed A LOT at Howard. Him trying to relive that experience through Justin makes total sense. All the money in the world can't make up for lost experiences. At 19, I straight up ran my a** into the Air Force and got married lol, I moved way too fast in life early on. In college now in my 30's looking at all the teens/20 year olds living in the dorm, so carefree, and I always wished I would've experienced that while younger.

    • Sassy

Last time he did an interview he said that he deals with her from arm's length and he basically lost his drive for music cause I guess he thought it would solve her habit and also bring him happiness and it didn't so he was trying to find himself

Some didn't see the story from yesterday and may have thought it deleted. Here it is.

Theair was thick and Jayden was in a funky azz mood. She banged the pots and pansaround the kitchen as she cooked periodically looking back a Camron funky azz..“This nigga fell asleep on me last night. Bought that fukkin lingerie for nothing!”she hissed under her breath as she slammed the skillet on the stove. Camronwatched his boo with a smirk. He loved to purposefully rile her up..sex ishotter when she is that's why he denied her last night. It was hard cuz he lovedher full curves in that royal blue see-through. His manhood agreed with a jump.As Jayden looked in the cabinet for the seasoning wishing it was poison, shefelt her man press himself against her bottom. Her first reaction was to bootypush him off her but he pressed her against the cabinet and softly kissed herneck. Jayden tried to turn around but he stopped her movement by placing hishands on counter blocking her between them. He slowly pressed against herbottom again with a steadily growing hardon and sucked her neck. Jayden kneesbuckled a little. “Stop.” She whispered. “Im mad at you.” He used his tongue totrace a light line from her neck to her earlobe and whispered. “I know.” He pressedharder still against her bottom this time with a familiar stroke that if he was inside her she would love. Hermoan let him know she understood the move. He reached between her legs andcaressed her yoni through her boyshorts.“Quit it!” She said mustering enough energy to push hard and break their connection. He grabbed her arms and swung them above her head, spread her legs with his foot and pressed his hardness against her. He bit her neck. “You play rough, so can I.” he growled. She struggled against both her will to give in and his strength. “No!” she whimpered and tried to tug away. He grabbed both her wrist in one
hand and snatched her shorts down. “NO WHAT?!” he hissed. “I don’t want you to..” she began to whimper. “To touch this hmmm?’ He asked stroking her clyt with his fingers sliding them between the lips and inside her. Jayden bucked against his hands as he began to search for her weakness, she gasped when he found it and began messaging her spot until she flowed juices down her leg. He snatched her roughly to the kitchen stool and twirled her around and placed her facing the seat. He roughly spread her legs with his feet and trapped her arms behind her back pulling her bottom to his face and began eating her from the
back. He licked and devoured the fight out of her. She melted into the chair and allowed the orgasm to take the rest of the anger away.He stood and released the string of his jogging pants and pressed his huge dyck deep inside her in one hard deep stroke. Jayden wailed his name as he deep stroked her from the back. “You still mad, hmm?!” He mocked . “I hate you!” She have moaned half giggled. “Oh yeah?” he pulled out and walked away just at the point of her orgasm. What the fuucc?!” Jayden yelled. He walked towards the living room with a smirk.. “You hate me so…” he chuckled as he pretended to pull his pants back up. Jayden grabbed him as he reached the couch and slammed
him down and jumped on his lap pressing him deep into her. She threw her head back and moaned as he filled her. “Naw..get off me” He teased. Jayden began to ride him until the jokes stopped. Their eyes
connected and they kissed and began their familiar dance. He pressed and she ground against him until every inch was inside. He raised her shirt and began sucking her breast. She wrapped her arms around his neck as he pounded her from beneath. “fuk it bae..fukk me!! She screamed as her orgasm took control. He pressed her hard against his dyck and stirred her insides deep and hard as his
orgasm over took him as well. “Fukkk girl!!!” He growled as he spilled deep inside her. Jayden laid her head on her man… “I love the games we play Camron…”she moaned with a smile.

AND UCLA is trying to have all the charges dropped. They do not say if Justin was kicked off the squad, but they do say Diddy can't come to the pratices anymore.

    • Wuts got Petty Davis Eyes..

See this is good. He can do the head test. Stick the head in..wait and see if it lights up like a chrimmus tree..

    • KDub

They not obligated to keep him. So even if he hasn't been dismissed. ..he probably will be. We gone see now that charges been dropped. From LA Times

"Justin Combs was recruited by former Bruins coach Rick Neuheisel and verbally committed before Mora was hired. But he didn't sign until after Mora was hired, meaning Mora wasn't required to keep this arrangement, but for some reason he did, and now it has almost literally blown up in his strength coach's face."

I think it's a mix of the coach's ego and Justin's daddy's rich privilege. Diddy probably wanted Justin to work with a personal trainer to better his game. Nothing wrong with that.

      Good morning???

    • Jessica

Wow! Puffy needs to let Justin learn discipline and respect for authority. Sports is a good way to learn that if the parents would just get out of the way.

    • Jessica

I feel bad that he ran home and told his daddy instead of learning to cope and respect authority. If it's his dream then it's up to him to protect his dream and work hard. Daddy can't save you from everything.

    • Jessica

      Exactly!!

    • Jessica

He told him to "go work out with your father's trainer" because that was Justin's excuse for missing so many practices. Reading is fundamental!

    • surprise2012

My two cents with the coach comment is. The coach made that comment because Justin was working with his dads personal trainer, so the coach just figured if your not going to get it right here then go to your dads trainer, or it could've been Justin was doing a workout move that his dads trainer taught him to do in a different way other than what the coaches wanted him to do. Either way rich, poor or in between you must follow the rules. MANDATORY means mandatory. If your not sick, dead or a serious family emergency then you need to be where your supposed to be, period. Of course things happen but he missed several mandatory practices/workouts. What was more important a shopping spree, a vacation on a yacht ETC. IJS

    • http://Copblock.org aDingoDrankMyBabies

      Curse word removed??

    • http://Copblock.org aDingoDrankMyBabies

Yeah, but these folks go out of their way to cradle their own, yet put 'Us' in our place. People like Ashton Kutcher supported Paterno til his grave, no matter what. He's a hero, he's a legend, he deserves...Meanwhile, CNN is asking should Obama apologize for slavery. He speaks up, shows tenacity, they make sure to try and 'humble, humiliate, dissasociate' it gets tiring...Oprah endorses a Black man, Oprah all of a sudden is a "failure" "lost her touch"...Will Smith hosts a fundraiser for Barack, Will Smith bombarded by rumors of divorce. Plus the White media decides to embrace 15 year old swinger rumors that they ignored for over a decade. Watched a video of Hwoods go to, ass kissing gay Lee Daniels be humbled and humiliated on tmz. No matter how much we pretend, you'll never truly be in. That's what they like to show you without saying it. The strength and conditioning coach would never say some sh*t like 'I don't care who your dad is, I don't care if your dad is here' to their elite contributors. Because they do care. They do. Puffy's ass is Black though. White men's penis go from 3 to 5 at the chance to degrade, humiliate, humble, shoot a Black man. Explains much of what's going on between cops and the communities in this day and age??

    • surprise2012

I have to sons that play football one plays in college He was a top LB in the State of Colorado along with athlete of the year who lettered in Track & basketball, and had been recruited by so many Universities we couldn't keep track & received a well deserved scholarship. I'll tell you he would be bumped, bruised, bloodied, sprang ankles, stitches you name it he probably had it, and he never wanted to miss a practice and the only way he would miss is if the doctor or his coach told him he couldn't play. That's hard work and determination & by no means am I rich and honestly he didn't have the coach yelling at him thing going on in any of of his sports. Now my youngest son, he's the same way he will give 150% works hard doesn't miss pracrice if he can keep from it, but this one coach just be on him all the time and I mean you can hear the coach yelling at him from the football field ( same coach worked with my older son also) at times I just want to run on that field and give him a swift kick in the you know what, but I know I can't, so I can undestand how Diddy feels to a certain extent with the yelling at your child, but violence is never the answer. However, Diddy felt his son should be treated differently & went about the situation in the wrong way & unfortinately it cost his son a spot on the team, regardless if he was a bench warmer, redshirt, starter what have you. Maybe now Diddy and his son will both learn something from this.

    • Lorenzo Chaps

      NOPE.

    • Lorenzo Chaps

Yeah right. You have NFL players who do things and get fined. And not to mention he landed not one punch, scratch, or windmill. This has stunt queen written all over it. Puffy's doing this to take the heat. He knows Justin 1. didnt deserve that scholarship and 2. should not be on the team; he's taking up space and has made no impact. Once he got word Justin was losing his redshirt status, he had to pull a stunt to help his son save face. Will he try to get to another school as a "player?" Probably so. But if national news get out that he was dropped for being the mediocre player he is, no other schools will look at him.

We see you Puff. Nice try. U believe he actually went to UCLA and showed his monkey behind like this, ur crazy. STUNT.

    • TheRealLee

After this incident, I knew his days were numbered on the team. This is similar to Charlie Sheen's kids keep getting rejected for admission into private schools. Who says no to money. Nobody wants annoying helicopter drones parents. It doesn't help Justin being so tiny.

    • TheRealLee

He is listed as 5'7 170 pounds yet looks smaller than that. I think he felt protected by his last name and his dad exposed his uselessness on the team.

    • CaramelDrop

Took the letters right from my fingertips Jessica. That's the problem with this generation- lack of respect for authority. Mine know better than to talk back to any authority or adult. As parents we have to be an example of good conflict resolution skills. If they see us whining, bitching and taking a "woe is me" or "the world better respect me/owes me something" our kids will exhibit the same self destructive behavior.

Diddy is setting thee kids up for failure with these antics.

    • Dee

Diddy needs to sit his azz down somewhere and take his son with him.

    • TheRealLee

Look at it objectively. Forget his last name and celebrity connection. He had no business being on that team. He would have a hard time fitting into ANY NCAA Division I school let alone UCLA taking a highly coveted scholarship. Can't let his last name muddy the water. It's not Diddy's fault nor the kid's fault he does not have the size especially at his position.

    • ShelbyMoore

5'7 is short as hell for a man.

OT: Meanwhile the other guys on the field at 6'3 310 lbs.

    • surprise2012

Of course, but you best believe I didn't attack anyone physically. That's the difference here. There's nothing wrong with Diddy being a protective parent, but when you start attacking people with weights ETC. that's a problem even if your a person with or without money. Like they said if Diddy would have hit someone with that weight it's a possibility that person could've died, now is a coach yelling at your child for something he was doing wrong worth a prison sentence? Umm I don't think so.

    • surprise2012

I agree I'm one of those parents that has to suck it up when my sons are getting yelled at. It comes with the territory.

    • Danyelle P

I knew this was going to happen. In college sports your last name doesn't matter. Performance is the only thing that matters. I believe they both needed this life lesson... Or maybe just a little humility. You can't buy everything and sometimes you may buy something thats absolutely useless at the end of the day.

    • jeniefrumdabloc™

      Thank You !!!

    • TheRealLee

It's the sad reality for the young man. How many of us would desire to have his multimillion dollar trust fund as much as he desires to play the game at that level. You can't always get what you want, so the song goes.

    • Chellie141508

Exactly Diddy got that school in his back pocket..which is what any rich white mogul would do so have at it Diddy...

    • PrincipalShellz

You do not attend the practices of college level athletics. I hated when my dad came to my games and practices at the age of 10. Its find to watch games, but Diddy was completely out of line for getting involved with his son's affairs at school. There is a new generation of parents that don't understand how to build independence in their children.

There are actually 20 something's whose parents call their places of employment to lobby in behalf of their spoiled and dependent children.

I love Diddy, but when you're wrong...you're just wrong. Somebody send him the book on Tiger parenting...ASAP!

    • Chellie141508

      THIS!!!!!!!

    • Kevin Kassel

He's no Rohan Marley that's for effin sure!

    • Youngblood

Do any of y'all know anyone who plays for the Bruins, or is your opinions based off of an "insider", "inside source", "credible source". If this was true about Justin, someone on the team would've been put him just to expose his rich ass.

    • barbeez

This is a mess. Diddy is partying with Justin's friends and jumping in the pool naked. Then he runs up to the school and starts a fight with the coach about his untalented pretty boy son. The boy is tiny. How did he even get on a college football field anyway. I could probably play better than curly top and I'm a girl. The little cry baby.

    • BrittBrat2005

I knew this was coming I just told someone. His dad action going cause him to get kick on the team. Because them College coaches don't play with that your parents interfere with them how they coaching you, they going have you off in no time. Are sitting on bench for a good min.

    • Enoughsaid2020

Diddy has to face the truth, maybe your son is not that good in football.

    • Velazquez

      ion? LMAO

    • Jerome Johnson

The editor has it wrong. The practices he missed were "NOT" mandatory. They were player held practices that the coaches really want the players to attend. He can't hold the player responsible for missing, per se.

    • eljjai

really? Tiny as he is? and he was playing defense? yeah, his daddy bought him that place. Celeb kids are so pathetic, they'll never achieve anything meaningful in their lives.

    • ShelbyMoore

      Ion = I don't ....I know I get ghetto at times. LOL.

    • Marisol Ramirez

Coaches are not the nicest people when trying to bring out the best in players and that's how it should be done. This sport is not for the weak and sensitivity does not have a place there. Being abusive and pushing the players to be the best are 2 different things. Puffy has always had a temper problem and that problem could possibly affect everyone around him. Justin should also learn to not go running to daddy for everything that doesn't go his way. Both father and son need to grow up!

    • PreciousNinerGrl

thats why I respect David & Victoria Beckham...even though they're rich they still teach their children the value of money and to earn it...their 16 yr. old son is working 2 jobs and does charity work...

    • rockit5

Theres always work at the post office………Justin will be labeled on campus as a pussy he may even drop out and hook up with Drake.I had a feeling this would happen parents need to take a back seat and chill!

    • Karla Smith

Diddy needs to realize that his kid just doesn't have it and his money won't make a damn difference.

    • Queen Negus

Plus I have seen Warren Bbuffet on several occasions. Down to earth and very nice.

    • EricHiesenberg

He wasn't playing at all. His dad's name and attention is why Ucla recruited him which is a Ucla problem as well. They should have properly evaluated this kid from the jump. Both sides are at fault.

    • reg joe

Its in the article. Are you telling me that you didn't even bother to read it before commenting?

    • reg joe

He is, by no means, suffering. He just isn't getting special privilege because of who his Father is. Mandatory workouts......Firs word is Mandatory, not optional if your Dad is Puffy. If you cant play by team rules, then you don't belong on the team.

    • reg joe

We all make assumptions of truth on our own merits. We are all commenting on what was presented in the blog whether it be fact or fiction. Theres nothing wrong with that. Everyone is entitled to think/believe as they will. You don't have to agree. You have that option as well. Keep it together over there. Rough day?

    • Teresa T Jordan

sounds like everyone is so concerned with him having a personal trainer. It was only his way of taking responsibility. Like he missed pratice but made sure he kept his work out going. Sounds like jealousy to me

    • reg joe

Everyone on the team cant start. Sometimes you select the top talent because you have a person graduating next year. They still get a scholarship but they don't start. Look at Ohio State as the example. Three great QB's but only one can be the starter. The rest sit on the bench and wait their turn or sub when someone gets hurt. You don't want a scrub replacing your best player when he gets hurt so scholarship great players, understanding that they will play eventually. Until that time, they warm the bench til their number is called.

    • Tameka Street

ok please make up your mind on this story.... Either P. Diddy was there at the practice or Justin ran home to get him.....CONFLICTING STORIES HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    • Sassy

It from Yahoo sports which is a biased publication everyone knows that

    • matthew

      Stfu idiot

    • matthew

Justin shouldnt have been kicked out for being small you hater idiots can got to hell

    • nana

He said that because that's what Justin was supposedly doing when he missed more than one mandatory practice....working out with his father's trainer. I don't even believe that, if he was that dedicated he would have come to team practice and work out with your private trainer later. So since you want to work out with him so much, go on and continue.

    • nana

He didn't just start, he's been there three years and he is 21 years old.

    • nana

sorry I think he should also face consequences he is 21 and should know better than go run tell Daddy and expect him to fix it.

    • nana

right, I think he is good BUT it seems he may not have the dedication to make it in the big leagues. WE will see, he is definitely levels above Justin.

    • nana

Of course they are throwing stuff out there now, Diddy;s camp. Come on, the cops decided to press charges after looking at the video. have you seen Diddys past, he has been in several altercations ,one just recently. he is too damn old for this, and his son is too damn old, 21, 3 years on the team, for daddy to be at practice. Why does he need to be at practice once a week? Just to remind the coaches who Justin's father. Anybody ever watch Diddy's show when he was looking for an assistant? He treated those folks like dirt on the bottom of his shoe, and most of them were young adults just like his son.

That's called support. Do you know how many kids/young adults wished their father's came to their games and or practices? Looking in the stands for their father's at least once? Convincing themselves that if they work harder, play harder maybe, just maybe he will show up? Doesn't sound like you do. Don't criticize this man for supporting his son from the sidelines, when most father's are not even in the picture and don't care. I respect and salute that. The fight, we will never really know what happened and I could care less. What I do care about is father's brown father's being there for their sons no matter what.

I upvote/ salute all your post. Ignorance is a disease that most people don't care to find a cure for.

    • nana

So a father who didn't fly off the hook and act like a madman doesn't care? That's not what caring looks like in my world. I'm sure Diddy cares and loves his son but let's not act like this is the way to show it.

      Cowgirl you mean.

I'm not going to lie, your comments and obvious disdain for the wealthy appears to be rooted in bitterness. Just my observation. I could very well be wrong, and I apologize if I am. Either way, you should look at how your words are being perceived because it's taking away from some pretty solid points you were making by drawing too much attention to what appears to be hatred for the "haves".

Let's just be honest here, Justin never has and never will work hard for anything in his life because he was born rich and his dad is only getting richer (dude is almost worth $1 billion...that's big boy bread). He probably only made the team because of his father's status. That's the way the world works. Its not his fault that the world worships the rich. Furthermore, this is more than likely the only true let down that he'll face in his life.....for which he'll probably just go buy another Bentley and **** some super models to make himself feel better. There's no point in being mad about it, it won't change anything. He's still going to be rich and powerful and you'll still be on blogs and internet comment sections with envy and hatred in your heart. I'm pretty sure any one of you would act the same way if you were in his shoes. The best thing to do is focus on building your own wealth. <== *my 2 cents*

Fact: if not for his fathers name, this kid would have NEVER, NEVER, EVER received a full ride offer from any major D1 football program! He was a 2 star recruit coming out of high school. Maybe he's a nice kid, I don't know? But I definitely know he's not a D1 athlete!!!! His dad was able to influence getting him on the team, but outside of special teams action, Justin will be on the bench! At the end of the day he'll receive a solid education for a great Pac 12 school and go work for his father.

Side note: I hear Snoops son is the real deal on the field and a legit D1 athlete.

If your truly believe Justin could EVER become a relevant player on ANY D1 football program, then you obviously don't know ANYTHING about football. He's probably a nice kid, I don't know? But he's definelty not a D1 football player..... Fact: Current UCLA head football coach, Jim Mora quoted as saying " I would have not offered him"!

Side note: Snoops son is the real deal - legit D1 talent!

    • T Pa

"Promising player"? Based on what? He was a 2 star recruit coming out of high school! He way NEVER a D1 athlete. I'm in no way a hater, but let's keep it real.....

You know he's being sarcastic, he's listed as 5'7", please obably More like 5'6"....

    • Caesar Guzman

It said he attended 1 practice a week...I played at a D2 school and we practiced atleast 4 times a week, and that's not including mandatory strength and conditioning sessions.. He behaved as if he was the star of the team lol..

    • Caesar Guzman

Nfl?? I don't think so lol

    • Caesar Guzman

Yeah that's true, but this kid was on the practice team, and played only inspecial teamsz he was way down in the depth chart...

    • Caesar Guzman

No, he was good in high school, doesn't always translate in being good at the division I level..

    • wyteboybb .

He wasnt good enough to be on the football team anyway and would have never been on it if not for his dad. The kid didnt even earn 1 star on rivals.com. Jesus..
